I ordered a dish here that was prepared differently than I was accustomed to. So I asked the server if this was in fact the correct order and if it could be prepared differently. He started to argue with me about it and then brought the manager or owner (an older woman). She started arguing with me that that was in fact what I ordered (it was a chicken gyro dish). Finally after arguing for way too long she agreed to take the dish back and have it prepared again. When it was brought back there was a long string of hair on top of the dish. That was it for me, I simply paid the check and left. I would not recommend anyone go here as the service is terrible.

Probably the worst diner place around Scarsdale / Hartsdale area. The food was at best average. The Waitress was very nice but the order came completely wrong. That would have been ok if they had been nice with it. We are strictly vegetarian, we made it very clear when we ordered. But the manager said that a few pieces of pork is nothing on a plate, and he refused to change the dishes (there were several!!!) or take them off the check. We complained again, very politely, but he was unapologetic and really could not care less. If only the food was good, we could have had something positive to say... Simply the worst experience you can think of.

The third installment of Eldorado Diners in the area, behind the original in Elmsford and second one in Tarrytown, this locations interior design looks a bit more upscale, which is probably because it used to be an old Brazilian meat restaurant beforehand. The food could be a little better, as it isnt on par with the other 2, but it is nice to have a location in the spot it is at, since there is nothing 24 hours in the area to go to and eat at. I prefer the Tarrytown location of the 3, but like Ive said, this spot is ok.

We order from this diner about once a week. They have great food and excellent customer service. The service at the diner is courteous and very friendly to kids and delivery service is always quick. We definitely recommend eating at the El Dorado III ! -Sincerely you customers on Canfield Avenue

Ive been here many times and the food is very delicious, but the friendliness of the staff varies and honestly thats why Im only giving it 3 stars because the staff can either be excellent or the types that you can tell hate their job and pass those feelings onto the customer.

Eggs with bacon had an insanely small amount of home fries. No one asked how it was. Ordered a cannoli on the way out menu said 3.95 rang up to over 5 dollars with tax 5.95. Horrible experience.
