I LOVE their customer service and food!!! I have never had a negative experience until this evening - I started calling just after 8pm (online it says their open today until 10pm) and I kept getting a message that the lines were busy and to wait a few minutes and call back. I called 10 times with the same message and finally decided to head there to place an order at the restaurant, only to arrive just before 9pm and see the lights get cut off. I still choose to leave a positive review because any other time, I couldnt ask for better food or service, but I was disappointed that the hours were wrong & the phone recording isnt updated (still has winter holiday hours info at the end and its April).

I was very disappointed with my order today(Super Bowl Sunday).My pizza had way to much sauce on it. It was more sauce then cheese. My wings were cooked to long. Half of them didnt have sauce on them. When I called back to the store about the wings,I was told that it was my fault that the sauce dried up because I picked them up 15 minutes. My overall experience wasnt pleasing!

Awesome pizza, awesome service & staff, but I paid almost a buck extra for a cup of sauce and they forgot it with my slice. Day ruined! (Just kidding, but I did not have time to head back). This will be my go to place at lunch time, I will just double check my order first!

The pizza is good (Not Great) - you can taste the quality and is a very authentic. The wings were AWFUL... Way to much butter in the hot sauce and they tasted weird (Like they were old or reheated or something). The service was excellent. FIX THE WINGS!!!

Got the Buffalo chicken pizza. Fantastic! I made pizzas and worked in a pizza shop to 7+ years and this is the best Ive found in Rochester. Nice job, Mike.

Downtown Pizza Stop was always my favorite ever. Then I was so happy they opened in Greece. I highly recommend!
