The service was disappointing, I believe it was mainly the fault of one staff member since, as we were leaving another took care of our bill and seemed very interactive and helpful. We (a party of three) entered, stood for 2 minutes while an online order was being paid for. Once that was done the man left the counter and came back a few times before we finally asked how to be seated (seat yourselves or wait) which was about five minutes after standing there watching him seemingly avoid us. Once seated he simply said three buffets? so we said sure since we were all expecting to eat buffet anyway. Then he left, never asked for drinks. We assumed we just walk up and start getting food so one person staid behind to place drink orders when he came back. After about ten minutes a basket of naan came, nearly hitting me in the face as he reached over me to put it on the table (not exaggerating, had I moved an inch he wouldve hit me in the face). The whole event just seemed like our server was doing the minimum necessary. If one person asked for a drink, hed leave so fast to go get a new one nobody else had a chance to say me too so he ended up doubling back a few times. Again, I think most of our issue was due to the server, we had a feeling he was not normally a server. Especially because once we brought the check up and said we wanted to split it between cash and a card he pointed at someone else and told her to help us, then left. I may give this place another shot hoping not to get the same guy as a server but I have to say that comparatively it was expensive for the buffet. Around $2 more than I pay at the usual Indian buffet restaurant I visit.

This was an extravagant experience tonight here is my rated review below: Customer service/Table-side Etiquette: 5 - Very courteous. Our waitress asked what I like then suggested an entrée. Nice. Very welcoming when we sat down. They even brought an authentic appetizer over to our table which was delicious & unique. Smiles were on their face at all times. Seating/Appearance: 5- Do not let the small outlook outside fool you, the seating is a perfect fitting for the space they have. The color is a warming tone easy on the eyes,so I can appreciate that. Decor at the table is also a nice set up.Very pleased. Food: 5- I ordered lamb which was the second option (under the lamb&goat entrées) along with the garlic bread which came along with my meal. The bread was amazing! The appetizer they brought to our table was also amazing. They give you more than your stomach can bear for the price they charge. Pricing: 5- Based on the quality of food including the sides and the amount in which they serve you. The lamb was extremely rich and seasoned nicely. Without overdoing anything. I can tell the sauce was an authentic preparation which went perfectly with my lamb. The rice is rich basmati rice which gives the meal a great finish. The amount of food (I eat a lot) will please your hungry streak + some they give an abundant amount. Parking- 5: The parking lot is directly in front of their restaurant and has ample space. E.Henrietta Rd. wasnt busy so the hardest part may be turning in and out of the lot onto the main road. I cant wait to return to try their buffet. Hope this helped eating tourist or the local patron- Happy Eating!

Went with my Brother for the dinner buffet on A Monday. Loved it! The waitress were super friendly, The atmosphere was great..It doesnt look like it would be as big of a dining room from the outside...but the building goes all the way to the back...There is just booths up front but in the back there is a second dining room with tables and booths. The food was SO good. There was many vegetable dishes on the buffet..as well as a few chicken dishes...some fish..and even goat. We got there about an hour an half after the buffet opened..everything was very fresh. Ive been to Tahlia, Tandoor...But Haveli is my favorite by far. A must try for Indian food lovers. I will be copypasting this review onto Yelp.

One of the worst Indian food in Rochester area. Went for dinner buffet on New years Eve together with friends. Every dish had excess salt and soaked in oil. This was complemented by a poor service by a disheveled waitress. When I gave an honest feedback that the food was not good , her reply was " I didnt prepare it". Dont get deceived by the number of dishes. I would strongly recommend to skip this and opt for a different Indian restaurant in the area. -Datta

Service was very poor everytime I tried to call the waiter he would just run the other way. Was at the resturant for a long time very inconsiderate of my time--food preperation and wait time was long. Not a good place to bring a large family very small setting --sitting elbow to elbow. Food was terrible compared to other Indian resturants in area. No deal in the price of the food. Would not go their again no thank you.

We tried the lunch buffet here, the food was okay, the buffet made it super quick to eat, but its definitely not the best Indian food around. Much prefer Tandoor of India down the street. Haveli also feels very rundown, the carpet is threadbare and stained, the booth benches shift around when you sit. Not a great experience, but the staff was friendly.

Went there with some American and Indian colleagues to celebrate a office lunch. For many it was their first experience with Indian food. They all loved the food. Great food - ( be little early on week-end I mean around 12:00 PM not 3:00 or 3:30 PM as good food is gone by that time) Service can be a bit better. But we went only for good food.

Against my principle, I took the buffet. Now I was stuck with blend tasting cold dishes. Staff barely tolerates you being there. Never asked if I wanted something else to drink besides the water. Oh and if you like cardboard in stead of naan, this is your place! Not making this mistake twice....

Food is so flavorful and the selection of the buffet is awesome! It comes with a colorful array of main dishes, a soup, a few dessert options, AND fresh naan delivered to your table. The prices are so reasonable for how much food you get. The Chana Masala is out of this world.

Went for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised..had a goat curry that was one of the best Ive ever had. Our only complaint was a dirty tablecloth, but the food and service were great and we will return the next time we need our Indian fix.

Tasty Indian buffet at a nice reasonable price. Food selection tends to waver a bit, a few things are occasionally unavailable or replaced with something else. Theres always a good selection to fill up a plate though. Best Indian buffet in the area.

We order chicken malai kebab, chicken xacuti and matar paneer keshari. Chicken malai kebab was delicious but chicken xacuti had dairy cream and was very sweet. It was not authentic at all. Matar paneer keshari was also very sweet.
