Where do I begin? I do not recommend this place to anybody especially because of the high price for low quality. Ill split it up into parts. First service: It is bad not just inconsiderate but just plain rude. There is only three people working in the main server lady is plain rude. We are religious and cant eat pork so we ask "does it have any pork?" Then the lady got offended and started making remarks like " I live here 32 years (its a Chinese restaurant) I know you people dont eat pork." Nobody was around she came once to take our order and then left she couldnt understand us alot of the time so it was terrible she obviously did not want to work. Food: Bad, enough said it was oversalted stale the chicken was hard and we did not not enjoy any of it. Our order was wrong and she didnt even want to change it. Fed up with the insane time we just decided to eat our bad food and head out without hassling anymore. Cost: everything is medium priced 6-30 dollars per item but its overpriced the food was bad and the service was terrible. Not worth the $$ price for $ quality. The food portions were also not right for the food it was like 1 serving of burnt rice for the cost of 5 servings of rice. They got our order wrong didnt bring some of the items AND over charged. Tip: they force charged 15% not deserved. Halal: I doubt it. P.S the same and only waitress was fighting with another customer and got is stuff wrong too on top of that, his order wasnt prepared for take out. In short I do not recommend this restaurant to any body its terrible. I have never given a 1 star before and only 2 2 stars. The scenery was nice tho.

Went last night. Arrived before six, and there were quite a few tables full of senior citizens and young families with children. The table was oddly, haphazardly set. An older, somewhat downtrodden, woman hurriedly scurried out with a cart, and carrying fried noodles and sauce. A younger, unpleasant, hostess sort of pushed her out of the way and set them on the table. They brought tea and quickly took our order, from a seemingly (forebodingly) unending menu. And to their credit, the slightly greasy, but tasty, potstickers came out soon enough. That was a bit after 6. The table next to us was served at about 6:15. Then almost nothing came out of the kitchen for the next hour. The hostess entirely avoided us and almost everyone else in the dining room... seated customers with absurd alacrity, brought appetizers, and then nothing... the tables werent bused, tea wasnt brought. At about 7:10, the hostess came to check on what we ordered and said it would be out soon. At 7:25, she said they were all out of something we never ordered... we asked for a check. She charged us for the dumplings, brusquely, and we left. Many or most people in the dining room were having exactly the same experience. To make a long story short: No food. Not friendly. Uncleared tables. One of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. Almost comical. No... comical.

First have to mention that we live pretty far from the location. So when I was told that the food was excellent, I didnt hesitate to make the 25 min drive. Ordered two sesame chicken meals...was told that vegetable and pork fried rice was not an option and would need to be ordered separately. When we arrived I was shocked to hear the total of 40 bucks, but I figured if it was as good as other people said that it would be worth it. When we got home within 5 min I threw the food away. The rice sides, which we paid 7 bucks a piece for, were so Scorched we could not even drown out the burnt with soy sauce. The sesame chicken was extremely soggy and under cooked. I tried adding hot sauce to the dinner just so that our 40 would not be a complete waste...no luck. Tossed it out and went to Wendys and bed lol. Not for nothing, you could go to PF Chang for the price we paid. We will not return.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years, and I do a lot of takeout, however, the past couple of years have seen the quality decline. Lucky Family has always been my favorite dish, but the past few years have seen ingredients eliminated - first the lobster, then the scallops, now the pork. That leaves shrimp and chicken and lots and lots of broccoli. I switched to Seafood Delight, but there was nothing delightful about 4 scallops, 4 shrimp, and 1 piece of lobster, again loaded up with lots of veggies - mostly broccoli. It was definitely not worth $21.00! So I tried the shredded beef with garlic sauce, and found the beef not to be shredded, but in chunks, and the meat was fatty, stringy, and tough. However, their hot and sour soup is awesome as well as their egg rolls. Ive been going to Chen Garden on Monroe Avenue now, and their Lucky Family is to die for!

Very, very, very poor service. I went there with my family and ordered soup and dinner, when it arrived it was full of salt, like intolerably salty. I mentioned it to the owner, who didnt even stop and listen, so I had to talk to her while she was walking away. She fixed it the food but looked extremely unhappy doing it. more family arrived and I asked for a menu so we could order more food. She said she would bring it but she never did, we ended up sharing :/. She did however bring the bill. While leaving I mentioned that she forgot to bring the menu, she said "maybe next time". uneducated, unsophisticated answer and just plain RUDE!! wouldnt even give it one star.

I have been a long time customer of golden dynasty. I had one instance where I was given old Lomein and more recently I had hair in my food. The man told me I needed to bring my food back to the restaurant! So not only did they not offer to refund me my money over the food. They wanted me to bring the food that I had put on my own dinner plate so that they could SEE the hair. $8 will not kill me but its the principle of not giving good customer service. The man was so rude to me and the lady would not give me the owners phone number. I have tried many times to keep coming back but I am DONE. This is how you treat long time customers?

When I came in there was a strange man outside shouting into a cell phone and smoking. He threw the cigarette away but continued on the phone- apparently he is the only one working there that day. I thought he was a customer until he stood behind the counter. I start reading the lunch menu when he barks "Its after 3" I knew it wasnt as I just came out of tops at 2:30. I didnt have a watch or a cell phone on me so I couldnt argue- I just walked out. I knew my phone was in the car and confirmed it was not after 3. I walked nextdoor to DiBellas and bought a sub. Liars dont get my money- ever!

I have known the owner for many years ! and have helped him at that location! do not eat there ! The place in the rear (food prep, cooking ect) is filthy bacteria over ridden, no separation of meat and produce, raw chicken beef, pork dripping onto produce. I have a degree in food service and culinary. this place has not been inspected since 2012, and at that time there were 18 violations ! I tried to clear them up , but the owners do not want to put money back in ! If you viewed the rear of the house you would vomit, I did cleaning. please beware !!
