Can I give this place no stars! I walked in for the first time today.. I bought crab ragoon and General Tso Chicken.. 1st they should me a picture that the meal came with broccoli.. I get to work and see no broccoli.. I try the Crab Ragoon and they are just disgusting.. I could tell that the oil was very old. I called them back and asked for the broccali and was advised that they dont have broccoli for take out.. Does this make any sense? It comes with Broccoli if you dine in but doesnt if you carry out. In addition, complained about the Crab Ragoon only to hear from the lady to bring them back so they can see for themselves so I could get a refund. I told them I couldnt go back because of work.. Told me to go after work.. At this point I just told them that they can have the $5 for the Crab Ragoons and to make sure they change there oil. Awful food and would never recommend anyone else to go nor will I be going back. I wish I could upload a picture to show.

This was the worst order out experience I have had in years. My wife ordered online and got a call a half hour later saying her card wouldnt go through, funny considering she used it earlier that day and then the next day. After we provided another credit card we waited 45 minutes before calling to inquire where our food was and getting nothing but the run around from the woman on the other end, she wouldnt even stop babbling to listen. We called twice more after fifteen minutes each time and were told our food should be here any minute. Finally I had enough called China Star on Grant and Wellington and went and picked up my food before calling China Palace back and letting them know they didnt need to show up. The food from China Palace was quite good, I recomend it.

I did not get all tht I asked/paid for!! I asked for extra Napa Cabbage to be added, as well as $2 extra chicken. I was shocked and suspicious at how fast my order was presented. It looked ok, but I later found that tho Id paid for the cabbage, it was not in the dish as is the case with most Chinese food places. Also the chicken tho plenty, was way over cooked like it had been sitting around back there for awhile. As I am a truck driver and had alrdy left the area, I was not able to return for recourse which sucks as I threw the dish away due to the condition of the meat. I hope you have better luck if you eat at this place. I will not again.

i wish i could talk about the food, but its been 2 hours since we ordered and its still not here. we placed an order on line, and after an hour and 15 minutes we called to find out what was going on and they told us they "didnt notice" we had ordered. they said they would have it to us quickly. its now almost 45 minutes later and still no food. i dont care if the food is good or not at this point, the customer service is horrible. they did not offer a discount when we called, and we have not received a call about what is going on. i will never order from here again.

First Experience, probably last! Pros: Placed an order at 1pm, it arrived just under 20 miutes. The food was hot. They give a you a hefty amount. Cons: They forgot my Egg Roll. I had alot better fried rice, tasted like it was burnt. The hot & spicy soup was ordered at mild, my friend Jose had trouble eating it. Very spicy! Overall i give a 3/5. I would recommend people to go, but its just not MY taste!

Whenever my wife and I want Chinese food we always go here. Weve eaten at the restaurant, ordered delivery and called in for carry out as well. Weve never been disappointed with their service or their food. Their egg rolls are delicious and the General Tsos is my absolute favorite. If youre in the area and looking for a great Chinese restaurant Id definitely recommend China Palace II.

Went in for a casual dining and ordered the black pepper beef and hot sour soup and was very pleased with how delicious the food was.I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for casual dining at an affordable reasonable price. The staff was courteous and very polite and the food came out very promptly! I give China Palace 5 stars!!!!

The lunchtime buffet was only $8.50 and it had three rows with entrees on both sides. The entrees were hot and the food was very tasty. I would go back there for lunch any day of the week. The staff is also very nice and were on top of picking up the plates and keeping the tables clean.

It doesnt look great but the food is better than expected. The egg-drop soup is EXCELLENT, not just thick and yellow. I had the Hunan chicken and the chicken fried rice and it was all excellent. Its hard finding a GREAT chinese place and looks can be deceiving, but this one is GREAT!

Ill have you know this is the finest chineese food establishment ive ever feasted from. i Loved it. prices are amazing. and i LOVE it. i would marry the owner in hopes of getting the food whenever i want it. I LOVE it that much.Its great.... GO THERE. youll fall in love.

The Cashew Chicken was oily and nasty, and a really disturbing shade of red. The fried rice consisted of rice with soy suace mixed in, with a few fugitive frozen peas. The frozen stuff in the supermarket cases is better.

it got one star due to order taker and driver had the wrong room after telling the order taker four times the room number. then the driver asked for a tip (wtf?).that alone was bad customer service.

We come here on Sundays after church. Not fancy or huge selection for the lunch buffet, but for $9.00 and tasty food ( including shrimp)....thats hard to beat. Lunch gets busy.....come after 1 pm

Great Chinese food at a great price. Made very quickly, I order using the Beyond Menu app and its ready by the time I get there. Carryout is so fast and easy its all Ive ever done.

Bought some take-out from here - got back to my place only to find tiny creepy crawlers in my food. Not sure what type they were. If it helps there was only like 2 I saw in it
