The staff staff very rude and nasty to guests. I called this resturant 20 times from 2:45 until 2:55 and the line was consistently busy. You would think that was a good thing because maybe they are busy however they deliberately turn the phone off so no one can place an order for the lunch special. I got there at 2:55 and waited to the front. The guy working there deliberately waited until 3:02 then came to take my order. When I asked for the lunch special he aside no more orders. I said I was here 5 minutes ago he was so rude and nasty and kept repeating after 3pm after 3pm. I said to him I called fifteen minutes ago for ten minutes straight and the phone was busy. I called the number in front of him while pointing out 3 phones on the counter was busy and maybe 3 tables with customers. I asked for a manager and he said only Friday. Sagar you will not get my business anymore because of this bad experience and if I could give you a half star that is what you deserve. No customer should ever be treated like this.

One of the best Chinese places to check. Forget everything else. Has left many places in the dust. Tasty!!! 2nd Update : There are 2 sides to a picture. Ill start with the "not so appealing" parts first. The food was Absolutely DELICIOUS! but... Im going down from 5 stars to 3 stars. Why? Because in my opinion they hired new waiters which definitely need training in observing how many people are sitting at the table. Forgetting to bring sauce or asking for a jug of water is ridiculous. Secondly they should be trained on how to serve food and handle food. You dont want to see a waiter holding incoming food and get the impression they have their fingers in it. I have to reassure you again that the food is one of the best desi fusion foods we tried. Consider trying 1: Sagar Sizzling chicken 2. General Tso Chicken (Classic) The Good news Great place for large groups and exotic delicious food

Avoid this place. They have no customer service at ALL. I took my dad for fathers day and I really regret going. They took way too many people to begin with, did not have enough staff to accomodate everyone and had customers complaining all over in the dining room. Worst experience I ever had! Drinks were warm, food was cold and not what I ordered. I waited 2 hours for that food. At the end, I paid my bill with no tip and was questioned by the front desk. I made her aware of how unsatisfied i was with the experience. Hopefully they will change things for others or else they need to shut down. I am never going to return and will tell my friends to AVOID THIS PLACE.

Please do not go here. At least dont take your family because you WILL regret. Im a stranger to you readers but I wouldnt want you guys to waste your money at this place. The service is so bad that I have never seen such in my life. It is basically self service. Everytime you have to call the waiter to get something. Imagine what the situation would be when its busy. Food is nothing special and cleanliness needed. If you have money to waste then do go here Otherwise go elsewhere. I took my family here and was embarrassed. After 1.5hrs we get our food and in 20 mins we left after food. Food is nothing special but just ok.

I had two problems with the restaurant. I entered the restaurant at 2:55 PM. Their lunch menus times ends at 3:00. The the person the counter was on the phone. By the time the call ended, it was 3:00. So i started giving order i was told that i cannot order from lunch specials because its already 3. I told them that i was waiting right infront of him for the last 5 minutes but he rudely declined. So for the service i would give them 0/5. Now for the food itself. I ordered hot and sour soup. It tastes like indian curry with chicken and tofu in it. Not bad but not chinese either. I would give them 2/5 for the food.

My husband and I were there for dinner last night. Very professional & attentive service from our knowledgeable waiter,Bhim Kaji. We odered spicy chicken wings,chicken corn soup, chicken momos and fish manchurian. Soup was delicious and we also loved the chicken momos. Fish manchurian was ok but the spicy wings were kinda dry and had no real flavor. The sauce came with wings was spicy,delicious though! Their food portions are great and the prices are readonable.Well try more options next time. Beautiful decor and ambiance, overall nice place to dine out with family and friends.

Very baad food. I had 2 lunch special to go. Chicken cow mein very small amount, and u barely find any chicken - mostly vegetable. On top of that no taste at all.. no salt no spices nothing. Beef chili - 4 small (2X1) slices of beef in sauce. No taste as well. Week earlier I tried their manchurian beef same story no taste at all. Disgusting food. If u dont know how to cook Indian chinese please at least dont embarass urself. I would not recommend anybody. Now after having the lunch I am having loose motion. But their mango lassi is ok.

The worest ever, man if I had known that this was a self serving restaurant I would have cooked at home, the waiter had no idea as to what was for kids and what was for the adults and when it came to cleaning after the apitizer the waiter wants you to hand the plates to them. The serving was the same put your own plates in front of you and just eat no one checked back. Would I recommend this restaurant to anyone.... when hell freezes over. Thank you Ps the star is because there wasnt any other choice

Not many people come here so its great for large parties. You can have a fun time with friends here. Service is good. They quickly take your order and serve the main food between 8-12 minutes. For appetizers I would recommend the Thai soup (any variant) and the lollipop chicken. For the main food I recommend the sizzling chicken and lamb. Great understanding of Bengali, Indian, and Pakistani style Chinese food. Would definitely come here if Im in the party mood!

Terrible customer service. Waited 20 min just to be seated. Even after that no one came to serve/take our order. I called a waiter twice passing by and first he ignored and then told me another girl is going to come. Nobody came! Walked out of the restaurant very disappointed. No matter how busy it is, you need to have a proper and organized system and people assigned with specific duties. Not going back to this location ever again!!!

Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible. Repeatedly tried to get the waiters attention but they completely ignored us. When we tried to order the main course they said to wait until were finished with the appetizers. By the time we finished the appetizers we just asked for the check and left. This is the second consecutive time we had bad service at Sagar. Will not be coming back.

The staffs were ok... the food was totally bad... the chicken dishes werent cooked properly, could taste the dough, I truly believe, the food is an insult to Indian as well as chineese food.. the Mango Lassi was really dilute, they ought to taste the Lassi from Usha to c how an average Lassi is made.. One star as the decor and the interior was pleasing. ..
