I dont understand how anyone could EVER leave this place a bad review. It is my favorite Chinese place I have ever eaten food from. Its quick and easy and cheap like takeout but with quality that far surpasses any take out Chinese place Ive ever had. That woman who said the woman who answers the phone is rude must be crazy because I order from here regularly and they always are not only able to pull up my address but are nothing but nice and helpful. There are plenty of Chinese places around here, but I wont be giving any of them my business because I would just be disappointed in comparison. Menu wise their steamed platters are amazing. Shrimp egg rolls and baked pork buns are great too. Pretty much any chicken dish. Ive never had anything I didnt love.

As I am waiting for my last order from the Dragon Express, I feel compelled to let everyone know about my last experience with the establishment. The women who takes the orders over the phone is rude and inept. She yells at you as she takes the order. It is as if she doesnt know or care to know that there are many other Asian Restaurants, in the immediate vicinity, that people can order from and have just as good or a better dining experience!!! You would think that the first person to whom you speak would be warm and polite, or in the very least - tolerant!!!! Well - good riddance to poor service and cranky customer service. There are too many other good Asian Restaurants, that also deliver and that are better than you!!!!

They are great. If someone thought Weeni (the lady who takes orders) was yelling, they were mistaken, or just didnt recognize a foreign cadence of speech. They remember you if you order regularly, and are very sweet people. This is our mainstay -- we must order it in at least once a week. Never had anything bad, food is very consistent. Egg rolls are amazing. Choy, Weenis husband who makes the deliveries, is always extremely prompt and courteous. Soups are great, we like everything from here.

BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER! The front desk lady(Winnie) is the nicest lady and is thankful for each of her customers. Also, that one person who left two stars as a review is crazy. All in all there is no better Chinese food in all of New York guaranteed. (P.S.-if you ever visit get the ribs!)

I really dont understand the positive reviews, the portion sizes are very small while being 2 dollars more per dish. And the food is nothing special. Very dissappointed never ordering here again.
