Ok..the food isnt "disgusting"..but its never consistant..undercooked and soggy..or its slightly overcooked and the cheese is browned..the salads are wonderful..their wings are sometimes good..sometimes so dehydrated I just throw them in the garbage..the stromboli and calazones..I always have raw dough in a portion of them..they deliver to my home outside of town however so I order from them regarless..kids arent to picky with their pizza.. **2/1/12 recently had an incident with the company and they decided not to deliver the correct order after messing up the first order. I was told (I think the accent was strong) its to late and was hung up on, so I ordered a 2 liter of soda, and italian sub, and a large order of hot wings, I recieved a sub and a buffalo chicken pizza. I called the next day and the accented man told my boyfriend it was the ladies fault she ordered a large hot wing, her fault. I thought a large hot wing was clear enough.. sounds different from a buffalo chicken pizza but thats just me.

My family and I sat down to enjoy a late evening meal when we were covered with bugs flying everywhere. We changed our seating to minimize the exposure before our food arrived.... I should have just left, food was under cooked, and my wife found bugs in it as well... When we notified the staff they just said they are coming in from outside and there is nothing we can do about it. I received the check and proceeded to pay when the cashier asked " how was everything" I replied Horrible.... She left before she received my tender and another woman came and asked the same question and my reply was the same "Horrible" She just took my money and didnt say a word... Poor food, plenty of bugs, and horrible service... I would not tell anybody to eat there...

The guys at Port Jervis Brick Oven Pizza just plain are on the ball, serving huge portions, reasonably priced ! We dine in, great food and fast service, We have them deliver, they are fast & food is just as good. We have had them cater, never disappointed ! Been doing business with Port Jervis Pizza for years now & will continue to. Worth the visit..... Ken & Lana Smith

This is the worst pizza parlor in town! Ordered a meatball parm hero sauce was spoiled and a tuna hero the tuna was hot as hell and vinegar tasting! Even the dessart had mold on it! Called to get a refund and the guy there told me not to order here again nothing was wrong with the food. My mom and cousin both are vomiting and having diarrhea.

Ive never written one of these but I had to this time. Weve ordered delivery from these people twice now and weve found them the only restaurant that serve their french frise medium rare, delivers food warm at best (for hot items) and takes over an hour. Youd do better at a burger king. Sorry for the harsh words.

I suffer with depression, so for me, something as simple as dyeing my hair bright pink cheers me up a bit. So it really didnt help to walk in for an order-to have two of the girls that work there, huddle, point at me laugh and giggle saying how awful my hair looked. I wont be going back.

First time eating here and I couldnt be happier. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and brought our food out in a timely manner. The food tasted exactly how I wanted. If youre looking for a "New York slice" this restaurant wont let you down.

Family run business-NOT illegals! Pizza rules, ALWAYS excellent. The wings are wonderful, big juicy, never dry. Service is great as well, friendly. Worth the wait during busy times...and FYI-busy because theyre food is AWESOME.

Hit or miss, wildy inconsistent pizza. Sometimes the best in town, other nights its an hour for a delivery of cold pizza after 2 calls to remind them about your order. Walk in for a slice or order ahead and pick up.

While EVERY restaurant has an off day, I think the "illegal immigrant" comments are a bit strong. If the pizza isnt good, blame the owners. Weve eaten there and its always been good. To each his own.

Although the pizza is good, the service and wait time is Not. Been there more than once to give them a chance, but this last time it was a 45 minute wait for the wrong pizza. Dont plan on returning.
