Pizza is good. However, four of us went to dinner there the other night. We got seated at 7PM and didnt get out till after 9. Service was terrible. It was so low. We were waiting forever for our food. When we asked for extra bread, the waitress never got it. Our drinks were empty for a good hour before refills came around. It pasta night and there menu states incorrect things. IT says your choice of soup or a salad. When your limited to one soup, cant have any other choices. Then for dessert they were out of all the small servings so we were offered a mini cannoli or a biscotti cookie. It wasnt even a busy night so there was no excuse for this slow terrible service. There were many empty tables around us. Needless to say, I will not be returning. And the food wasnt nothing special either.

Let me start by saying that since they have expanded there business, they have gone down hill. Went for lunch and had two over priced SMALL slices of pizza. Gave them another chance, so went for dinner another night with my wife,and the chicken SCARPARIELLO was nothing but scrap pieces of chicken tenants that was so rubbery we couldnt eat it and had the waitress take it back. The service is too slow, and the waiters are running back and forth not knowing who ordered what food. It is in fact a "Carnival" inside. Very disappointed with them, I will not be going back.

Havent been here in a while, now I remember why I stopped. 2 regular slices, 1 speciality slice, a few garlic knots and 2 sodas - $20 What a rip off! I get the same thing at branchinellis in hauppauge and its $13. Slices were extremely small. A little larger than dominos. Only one size drink. So my 3 year old apparently will drink the same volume as me. Garlic rolls came with a cup of sauce that was literally filled about 1/10th of the way. Maybe a teaspoon of sauce in all. Overall big disappointment. Nothing like leaving a place feeling ripped off.

Got the pasta with red sauce and mussels. Mussels were delicious however pasta was not. The sauce was a weak marinara sauce that was bland. The pasta itself was slightly undercooked. The rasberry tea was super sweet and I had a bad after taste. On top of that, the server lady (not the waitress) who was cleaning up after us took one of my friends plate even before she was done eatting and didnt ask if we were done eatting! Personally I think the items on the menu are overpriced for the taste

Other than the great food and incredible service we had the unfortunate experience of the owner lurking around, forcing the wait staff to pick up empty plates even when patrons werent done eating. He never introduced himself but instead he stood there like a Stalin-esk tyrant. He made everyones dining experience miserable. He should just let his professional staff do their jobs. We go to Carnival because of people like Sheryl and Joanne. Stay home Musselini.

Very disappointed. The past sauce was bland. The "sauce" consisted of a few crushed whole tomatoes and water. I have never had such an awful meal and wish i would have just walked out without wasting my money. I honestly think i would have been better off eating canned spaghetti. The bread they serve before the meal was very good and fresh. Besides that this place is a poor excuse for a Italian restaurant.

Have been there many times but got soured when my daughters baby shower was totally screwed up in 2014, however small redemtion when we had large family Christmas dinner last year. Service is spotty as repeated requests had to be made for ordered drinks, cheese, chicken for a salad. Food is still better than most places but wont be going on a regular basis.

The sicilian pizza is very good, but when you go for lunch its never available unless you get there before 12:00. I dont understand why there isnt always another pie ready to go. The thought to cook another shouldnt be when they run out. Its a pizzeria for gods sake!!! Its lunch time for gods sake!!!

Ive only been there twice, because I live a distance away, although my family has been going for many years. We were recently there for a family luncheon after my uncles funeral and the owner treated us like royalty and the food was fabulous. Going tonight and really looking forward to it!!

By far the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. I have had better slices in Bumblefunk Pennsylvania! The guys behind the counter think they are hotter then the pizzas they serve. Theyre also pretty rude and unfriendly. Heres a hint from one Italian to another, put some garlic in your sauce.

In the restaurant area the wait time is ridiculous. Ive recently purchased food from the take out counter and I must say that the pizza quality is not what it used to be. Flavor was missing and over priced. Theres better Italian food in other local pizzerias.

Friendly, family atmosphere, plus the pizza and salads are great if youre dining up front. If youre dining in the dining room the service is great and the dinners are even better. My wife and I dine there at least once a week.

Carnival is the best place to go in town for dinner, lunch and a couple of cold Moretti Beers...The service staff is always attentive to your needs and the best part is the people who work there love people...

Incredible food! My family has been coming here for over 20 years now. The carnival special is the best item on the menu hands down. Great service. If you are in the area, this is a fabulous place to eat.

Had such an awful dinner. The owner ignored me when I complained. Also had to rub elbows with strangers at the next table. Half the table got their meals first. What we did get was cold. Terrible!

12 of us went to dinner last night. The service by our waitress Joanne was terrific. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. We will definitely return.

Fresh and delicious chicken rolls. Love tomato sauce! Like late hours. I know this place for years and see improvements and upgrades. I wish only they have GREEN tea! Even better with jasmine.

Tip - there pizza is much better fresh versus being reheated. They have a large menu and the sandwiches are great. The Grandma pizza, veal or chicken parmesan sandwich are my recommendations.

I have been coming here since the mid 70s. This place is run so well and is THE cleanest restaurant you will ever find. On top of that, the food is spectacular. Ive never had a bad meal, ever.
