The food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff is horrible. I order often and the person over the phone never tells me how much I am charged, he will then often add things to your order. For example I ordered a cheese pizza which is 10.99, and he hung up before I got my total. Then I get an alert from the bank I was charged 29.56! I had to call and complain and the manager or person claiming to be the manager acts annoyed. Then if your the store again they spend a few minutes behind he counter just looking at you without helping you. Further they again give you an attitude, the only reason I still order is because the food is good. If it was any less below what the quality of the food is, the place would most likely close down. The owner should feel ashamed that he has such horrible workers.

We order from here all the time, and the pizza has never been "salty" and maybe 1 out of 50 orders was ever burnt. The staff is not rude either--I have no idea what these other reviewers are smoking. In any case, its true that they dont have the highest quality food or pizza, but theyre 10 times better than Stellas and their delivery service is a lot better than Gioves. Their food is better than Captains also... so if youre in the area and you feel like some inexpensive pizza, this is a good option, especially late at night (Gioves closes so early its ridiculous). If you want the best pizza and can afford to shell out some cash and dont mind picking up, go to Bertuccis. Otherwise, Planet Pizza is a good option.

I have had my food there, taken it to go and had it delivered. Food is always timely, hot and tasty. I like the Hawaiian pizza, my wife not so much. One pizza we both agree on is the Margherita. Often when I drop in and order food to go I have an order of garlic knots to tide me over while I wait. When it comes to salads, the Goat Cheese Salad is my favorite (goat cheese, dried cranberries, pecans and baby spinach).

I have ordered 3 pies for delivery from this location. They were all poor, Selection great, delivery great, price great.......pie sucks. Basically a slab of Lilly white, semi hot dough with slop on top. If that is pizza to you , bon appetite. Ill look elsewhere for my junk food, in this case thats a lofty term.....save your money it wont let me post without at least one star........thus ......one star

I ordered a SMALL Margheta Pizza and had it ordered to my house. The total came out to $20.20. When my friend ordered a LARGE half pepperoni half cheese pizza the total came out to $18. How does this make sense?? When I looked online it said that the pizza costs $16.99. Its extremely unprofessional to rip off customers. Though their pizza is good I didnt think it was worth an hour wait + being ripped off.

My daughter LOOOVES these regular cheese pizza from Pizza Planet. Ive tried several of their "specialty" pizzas and find them to be bland at best and just down right blech at worst. I do like their wings, however, and they always give you plenty of blue cheese and celery. Nice delivery guys. I like being able to order online. Fair prices. Just wish their food was better.

The first time we ordered from here it was great, fast delivery food was hot and good, the second time not so good took over a hour to get here once we finally got our food it was burnt and cold we spent over $60.00! And gave a more then fair tip! Ill give it one more shot ONLY Because the first time it was so good. Maybe they were just having a off night tonight,

I just ordered a pizza and it is extremely salty and really not good. I did not like their tomato sauce. Their toppings were not so great either. It is bland. :( They said they would deliver in 35-40 min and they did come in 39min. Nice guys but not good pizza.

Food is good but service sucks. Needs to learn better customer service and how to talk to customers. I always feel like they could care less if I order from them, like they have other things more interesting to do.

Griders are good I tried all of them. My last grilled chicken was over cooked. The pizza is just ok. The biggest problem with it, it is that it way over priced! Sheton Pizza is best.

This pizza is terrible. Get Dominos or Pizza Hut instead of this crap. They delivered pizza without any crushed red peppers. Their pizza crust is doughy thick bread.

Love this place. It is my "go to" when I need a quick bite to eat or when I am ordering pizza for the entire office. The pizza is great and they have amazing deals!
