Since the other reviews were old and we just left this restaurant after eating there, I thought Id post a current opinion. Context: Driving home along 84-West, a few hours left ahead of us, and we wanted real food in a fast-food time frame. We settled on a Chinese buffet and asked Google to find us one. We chose this one despite the old reviews because it was close to the highway and had managed to stay in business at least a few years. Time: 7:00 on a Saturday night. Food: Perfectly fine, and as expected. Hot was hot, cold was cold, and a few dishes were mediocre but a few were quite tasty. An array of Chinese-buffet staples was supplemented by sushi (quality = fine but dont get excited), a hibachi grill, an ice cream bar, and a salad bar. "Italian and American" apparently refers only to the obligatory pizza, chicken wings and nuggets, French fries, and onion rings most such places offer. We ignored that. Surprising bonuses included steamed snow crab legs and oysters on the half shell. Quality across the board was pretty darned decent for a road trip stop or other quick meal, though nothing Id go far out of my way to eat again. Staff: Heres where this place really earned its stars! *Very* friendly, knowledgeable, and fun without being intrusive. I have a food allergy (milk), so for me to eat at a buffet requires quick rapport and a knowledgeable, responsive kitchen staff. They handled my needs admirably, and I had a full, lovely meal. I was touched that our server continued to pay close attention to my plate and double-check that everything was OK. It was; the kitchen successfully avoided any cross-contamination. Then another employee noticed the jade necklace I happened to be wearing, got excited talking with me about it, and suddenly we were, if not quite family, at least clearly welcome dinner guests. The only drawback was the unexpected extra bit of road to get *back* on 84-W - which clearly wasnt the restaurants fault! All in all, a far more satisfying pause in our trip than if wed grabbed a burger elsewhere, and Id readily stop again under similar circumstances.

My family and I have been eating here for about 3 years. It is the best Chinese buffet we have been to in CT/Westchester/Putnam/Dutchess. Hubby and I love the sushi; it is always fresh and at dinner an extensive variety you rarely see at Chinese buffets. All the entres are delicious and Ive even tried things I wouldnt dared in the past, like the frog legs. The "American" food is to be expected; And lets face it, its only there for the kids--which is great! (because sometimes my toddler just doesnt have a more exotic palette.) Service is nothing to complain about. The waitresses are always kind, attentive, prompt and always enduring of the mess our kids leave.

Went here at 9:42pm and it still had till 11:00pm till close and most pans was empty and dried up noodles was out and they said that more food was going out bc they were bout to closed I walked in there with people with me hungry and passed up 4 other places bc the reviews were better but now I knw dont listen to the reviews some of them might be from the owners bc we were willing to pay our money over $100 bc thats how many people were had with us and these bastards stop cooking an hour plus before close hot food till close supposed to be

My 2 children and I had a delicious lunch here last weekend. $8.25/person before 4 pm. Great selection of both hot and cold dishes. Sushi was fresh (which surprised me). The kids had 3 plates a piece and loved it. Of course, if youre looking for a gourmet Manhattan style meal, this isnt the place for you. But if you want a quick, yummy lunch, definitely try it. Really quickly, to comment on the waitresses; the women who waited on us were delightful and the older gentleman in the kitchen was all smiles! Well be back soon.

Wonton soup with no wontons, seafood buffet with no seafood... This place has very limited options as it is, the fact that half of the food was empty doesnt help. Service was horrific and the tables next to me were left uncleaned from the people before me the entire time I was there. Only reason this gets 2 stars is because its the little food they had was warm/edible and the ice cream was good.

I honestly love their food and the ambient is nice, but the girls that work there are very rude, the first reason I take my family to a restaurant is to eat good chinese food and to be served right, last time we were there with our family one of the servers said the "F"word out loud because the tip shes got was not what she tought she deserved, she deserves much less now!!

Arrived at 10 PM and with what was left was great! Food tasted fresh and went down smoooooth. Im a foodie and very critical about my food. Excellent service as well. Come eat!! They close at 11pm Friday
