I just had a very aggravating experience due to the ineptitude of an under qualified and under trained young girl who was given the responsibility of taking phone orders and giving out the filled orders. I have been going to this restaurant for many years due to their consistently very good food. Today, at 4:30 pm, my wife called in an order for two shrimp parmesan heroes for pickup. As is always the case she was told it would take 20 minutes. After arriving on time the order came out of the kitchen about two minutes later but it was only one sandwich. After confirming with me that I had ordered two, the girl admitted that she had taken the order and remembers the order was for two sandwiches but she had only written one. She then told me it would only take one minute to have another one made. It took more than the one minute but only about five minutes. Why does it always take 20 minutes to prepare an order, even when they are very slow (4:30) but are able to make it in five minutes when trying to rectify a mistake? After giving me my order and processing the credit card transaction she didnt even have the courtesy or intelligence to offer a simple "Im sorry".

This place is excellent, I wish I knew about it sooner! I had been dying to find a place that served great pasta and this place is wonderful. The onion rings are absolutely perfect in every single way, the rigatoni ala vodka is very tasty, the salmon is pretty good, fries are kind of average but not bad, the chicken francese is really nice as well, and both veal and chicken marsala are beautiful. Dont even get me started on how much I love the buffalo chicken wrap. Only complaints are that I feel the dishes come with too much sauce/liquid, its a bit excessive. And one time I got a chicken marsala when I ordered(and paid for) veal but didnt care enough to call them to correct it. I always get delivery. Overall if you want to try this place, please do. I love it.

I told the guy I have guests and ordered 10 spinach wheels well done ..when we start eating we saw that 4 of them was mix with broccoli ..... Looks like they were out of spinach and used broccoli .. I called today again lady answered the phone I told her last time they mixed with broccoli make sure this time everything is spinach wheels..she didnt even want to listen .....no more fresh meadows pizza even I live in that development I am telling all not go there or order ...they think that they are the only one in this complex that is why they are acting .... Papa johns makes delivery and they are better with customer relations ....

Ive been to plenty of popular brick-oven or specialty pizza places all around the boroughs and nowhere have I found better pizza. I eat there at least three times a week and still havent tried everything on their menu because I end up ordering my favorites over and over again. My daughter loves their minestrone soup and grilled shrimp salad. We also love their baked ziti with meatballs, angelhair pasta with sauteed spinach/garlic sauce and Lous focaccia...when he makes it. Its a hidden neighborhood gem and I hesitated to write this because I dont want them to get swamped with business and then I cant get to my favorite table.

This place feels like home! The same people have been running it for many years and knows most patrons by name. The pizza is always fresh, the pasta is amazing, and garlic knots go out pretty fast! I recommend their grandma slices and linguini with clam sauce or chicken parmigiana with spaghetti!

We have eaten here with friends a number of times. It is one of the few places allowing sharing. The atmosphere is unpretentious, the service friendly and the food good. We shared calamari and a salad with shrimp. Filling and we left clean plates. Parking in front is difficult,

I read the earlier review and placed the order. I must say I do not regret ordering from this place. I ordered Medium Pie and Garlic Knots and it was delicious. Not pricy at all. I loved it. Everyone must try.

Love this place. Their chicken parm hero is the bomb. Have had their speciality pizzas such as the white slice, grandma, and buffalo chicken. All were tasty. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.
