This is the worst Taco Bell place I have ever been to. This afternoon I had some food, I had a bean burrito which consisted of onions, beans, sauce, and LETTUCE! A BEAN BURRITO NEVER CONSISTS OF LETTUCE. And to top it off, my brother got a nacho bell grande which had some sauce. He was very disgusted by it. Even that everytime i go here I feel sick. After the food i eat that consists of beans I always feel like throwing up. Back in april the day of my birthday my mother had brought me and my twin some Taco Bell from jericho, the one we usually go to closed (that place was amazing btw) so she went to the one in Jericho. That night I felt a bit sick but not that much. When i went to school the next day, in the morning I felt really nauseous. And at the end of the day I nearly fell asleep last period (which never happens). When i got home I immediately fell asleep, woke up and felt like not eating. I eventually ate a banana and threw up. I believe this was the doing of the Jericho Taco Bell. Never going there again. NEVER

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I realize I am at Taco Bell and I am not expecting to get 5 star service and gourmet food but I do expect to at least have my order taken within a few minutes. Every single time I have gone here (I dont know why I keep giving them chances either) there is an employee on break, one wandering around the seating area and no one at the register. Today we just left after waiting in line for 15 minutes because again, no one was at the register. There were 3 people ahead of us, who knows how long they were there for. We all had a glimmer of hope when someone came over but she just told someone that their order was being made, looked at all of us and walked away. Another employee was just wandering around in the back pretending to organize things while she was on her phone.

Did a online order and checked it. That means the order should be ready. BUT NO, you have to wait for cashier for ten minutes, will come and gave you the receipt wait another ten minutes and get your order WRONG. order a veggie bowl and got something with meat or chicken cant even go back to replace the order. NOT RECOMMENDED. CAN GIVE -5 IF POSSIBLE

Its rare that youll ever find someone at the register, usually you have to wait and hope they turn to notice you. Even when they do, they still take their time, cracking jokes and socializing before they finally deem you worthy of their time. They repeat the order back to you 3 times, and STILL GET IT WRONG! Done.

Poor drive thru service. They have yet to get my order right. This time I got a completely diferent order than what I asked for. Always nice to give a pregnant lady the wrong order! Cinnabon delights are the only reason they get 2 stars.

I generally dont mind this location but last time I went they forgot 2 items off my order which were charged ... and since it was such a big order I had a hard time checking everything was there until I got home and noticed it wasnt -_-

They dont serve walk thrus. In my home town if you walked up to the drive thru they would serve you if the dining room was closed, but I had to walk back home and get in my car to get served.
