The site offers bday coupons but when i tried to redeem the manager advised me very curtly that it was up to the individual franchisees whether or not to accept and they wouldnt accept it. Crappy business practice and attitude. I eat there a lot less since this experience left a bad taste in my mouth... I gave 3 bc the other staff is really nice and the food is good
