I just had a pretty bad experience here and I had to write about it because I just dont understand. I ordered carry-out online and went to pick it up. I placed my order at 7:51pm and received the confirmation email which stated that my order would be ready in 15 minutes (8:06pm). We arrived at around 8:15, expecting the food to be ready. It wasnt. I had my little brother with me, and he was really hungry. I asked how much longer for my order and I received no response so I asked if there was anything that was ready-made that I could order and I was told everything takes 25 mins except bread sticks (apparently not as it was almost 8:30 and my order still wasnt ready). I ordered the breadsticks and gave them to my little brother to eat. He was sitting at a table in the EMPTY restaurant eating his breadsticks when we were told by Nelson, an employee, that he couldnt sit there. I inquired as to why. He responded that the waitress had cleaned the tables and he couldnt have my brother sitting there messing them up. I didnt understand because in my mind we were paying customers of Pizza Hut, eating Pizza Hut food. Why wouldnt we be able to do that in a PIZZA HUT restaurant?? We were then told that carry out customers are not allowed to dine-in. Seriously? If my food was ready in 15 minutes, as promised, we would have been on our merry way and my brother could have eaten at home. Instead, they took an HOUR for my food to be ready and disrespected us by saying we were dirtying the tables. Horrible treatment of customers. This location needs to do A LOT better.

I had 2 recent experiences - first time I thought they were understaffed, but second time, it is the repeat of the same experience. Servers have no idea of what service means except that they want a mandatory tip of 18%. If you want a detailed review, here it is. One server was attending to 5 tables of approximately 24 people with no help visible from any one else. She was doing everything - cleaning the tables, taking the order, preparing the tables, filling the drinks, serving the tables, taking the check, preparing the bill, etc. Our bread and pizza was sitting at the counter for 10 minutes before she would find the time to deliver it to the table. There was no time for her to even give plates and spoons. Just stacked all of them on the table and told us to split it up after delivering the food. Service is obviously thrown out of the window at this place. But 18% mandatory tip stinks for this kind of shoddy service. Stay away from Dining in. I had 2 worst experiences and the management clearly doesnt care.

Ok seriously all of you complain way too much and also need to learn how to type. Yeah obviously dont dine in pizza hut you clods. What the heck do you expect people? Just get the takeout and enjoy their not undercooked, not "doughy" (which btw how can pizza not be doughy like the whole thing is make of freaking dough), and certainly not cold pizza. Seriously, I live super near this place and I always buy their products. I have never noticed their pizza being inconsistent--it is always warm, delicious, and.... delicious. May I remind you that this is one of the only places you can find stuffed crust pizza around here? Thats rare, yo. And they also do it really well. Oh and also their weird Hersheys pie dessert things are to die for. Give yourself a break from being a lame person and enjoy some soul food. K thanks for reading. TL;DR: Dont be afraid to buy this pizza, seriously. Take it from me that they are fast-food pizza gods. You can trust me because I am a cool person. Just dont eat there.

I just had the worst experience ! I go here all the time with my son and the server there Abdullah was so rude! 1 St he filled my Cup with coke with no ice, and when he came around I asked him for ice and instead of taking the cokey he brought a small cup with ice, and of course I couldnt put it in my coke glass cause was full to the top so I had to pour coke in the ice Cup then put ice in the coke glass, and my son which is Autistic which he dont understand allot so i couldnt tell him dont drink that coke from the ice cup, he was drinking that, then later I asked him for a refill and this is when he was rude he said new management and we dont do refills with shared cups, I said you didnt leave me no choice I couldnt put ice in the coke glass full to the top, then he says sometimes you want ice sometimes I dont I said , no never I would say no ice, I love ice. ...then I said I would pay it but you dont have to be rude how you said that, ,, it went on for alittle but my worst visit !

Deafears.......It is UNBELIEVABLE how this establishment is still operating! The pizza is undercooked, hardly any toppings on it and its generally cold....... the service for take-out makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. The employees are lucky to even have a job in this economy. We are paying good money to eat here however,no one reads these comments so it falls on deaf ears. Not a very friendly place at all. Atmosphere is very poor. Service is terrible. Food needs some management attention. Our kids like pizza hut however, we feel terrible constantly telling them that they can not have it because of all of the above mentioned reasons. So if someone in corporate is reading this HELP save our Pizza Hut in Lynbrook, NY.

Very poor service and food I read all the comments above and its a shame they all read the dame thing corporate needs to step in and do something about this place because obviously none of the workers or managers care how they run the place. Thats why nobody ever really comes in there to eat. And why do all the workers always have an attitude, and the food is always undone. If people dont want they job or dont like it maybe corporate should give the to someone else who cares!

Have yet to have a good experience at this store. Tried several times. First, only 5 minute drive from me. It says they deliver but they never do. So Ill do carryout, whatever. Website says 20 minutes until completion. When I show up its never ready on time. I usually end up waiting another 15 to 20 minutes. The food is cooked fine, but its as though the staff could care less about their customers. Terrible service and long wait times.

Service was very slow . understaffed. 2 apps came 20 mins apart instead of together. Table was not stable and clean, had to move. Food was good. Customers that came 15mins after me got their food at the same time as me. Employees were polite. (In and out time 1 hour 15mins for 5 bread sticks, 8 wings and medium pie and 2 drinks.)

Ordered via their website. Pizza was done done exactly as I ordered...light sauce and extra cheese. Since the five towns location is closed, traveled to the lynbrook location and saw some of the familiar faces from the five towns location. Would recommend this restaurant to those in search for a great Pizza Hut restaurant.
