This is the first time my 38 year old son was in Brooklyn. Me being from Brooklyn knew the great taste of pizza indigent to that area. It was important for me to have my son try the pizza there. We were on the way to JFK for us to make our flights and I decided to look for a pizza place so he could try this delicacy. The only place I found was Pizza Port I. There was not time to look around and be picky, so I though something was better than nothing. We walked in the store and were instantly greated with a friendly smile and a request of what we wanted to order. They took our order, had it to us in a heartbeat, gave us directions to a gas station, and only charged $4.45 for 2 very large slices of the BEST PIZZA I have ever eaten. It is a good thing that I did not have a chance to look around because I might have selected another place and not encountered this great experience. You guys are number 1 in my book and I thank you for the great service, great pizza and great directions. The Restaurant is also very clean and there is a great selection.

amazing NY PIZZA experience! this week i visited new york city for the first time (im from california) and wanted an authentic new york pizza. i did s quick yelp search and stumbled upon pizza port. it was conveinent, affordable, and close by. we decided to give itna try and could not be happier with our experricence. walking into pizza port there was a great friendly vive and the staff was very friendly and let me take my time looking at the menu. all the customer that walked in and out seemed to be friends with one another and with thw staff seems to me they have a great loyal customer base. NOW, the most important part the pizza was amazing! first off it was huge for the price and size! defitnitly worth the money! the pizza was nice and hot, evenly distributed topings, and the flavor was great. it lived up to the new york pizza i had in my mind. we loved it so much we ordered again the next night thanks pizza port! keep making that delicous pizza!

My neighborhood Pizzeria. Pizzas ok but for the last year Ive been telling themIm allergic to LATEX!! They use LATEX GLOVES to pre & cook food. You would figure they would want to keep there clients but I guess my life is not that important to the owner... One less customer... FYI: Immediate allergic reaction (latex hypersensitivity). The most serious reaction to latex. It can show up as rhinitis with hay fever-like symptoms, conjunctivitis (pink eye), cramps, hives, and severe itching. It is rare, but symptoms may progress to include rapid heartbeat, tremors, chest pain, difficulty breathing, low blood pressure, anaphylactic shock, or potentially, death. Latex‑triggered anaphylaxis has been reported after exposure to latex‑containing gloves, condoms, rubber‑handled racquets, balloons, infant pacifiers and bottle nipples.

Recently stayed at the nearby Best Western JFK and was given the menu here with the promise the pizza was good. I contemplated driving to the closest Grimaldis pizza as I am a big fan. After being out all day and attending a party I decided to risk ordering here and delivery was a plus. The 1st person who answered didnt understand my ? about Spinach pizza, the 2nd time I called back he put the Mgr. on that understood and spoke English. Placed the order, pizza was perfect and received paper plates for the hotel. Nice delivery driver and I tipped.Called me to come to lobby which was fine though usually on the West Coast and in the South they just come to your room. Will definitely refer to my family that lives in Queens(Jamaica & Ozone park). They have never eaten there or heard of it before.

Its the local pizzeria- that being said, my family have been customers to them for the better part of 2 decades. Although their quality can be subpar (to be expected when theyre crazy busy) at times, the workers behind the counter are more than willing to accommodate you with your order IF you step up and ask; afraid of a burnt crust? Ask them not to leave it in the oven too long; Feel like the toppings were scanty? Say so, and theyll be happy to add more. Really friendly place, you never wait long, and they have a great variety of food selections- the pastas are best!

Food was never delivered! Was at a hotel and they tried to deliver it to the wrong room. The nasty person on the phone insisted that it was my fault! Maybe they should try actually asking for their customers names so that if they go to the wrong room they could ask the person at the desk?????? Thanks a lot. I traveled all day long and this was going to be my only meal today. Now I wont be eating at all. Its bad enough to not get your food, but having to deal with a very rude employee is just beyond rediculous!

This was my first experience with New York style pizza from New York. It did not dissapoint. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. The dough has a very unique flavor unlike any where else. I also tried the Chicken Roll. Very good compliment to the pizza and the sauce for it was awesome. Delivery was right on time with the set expectation. Staff was very friendly. if the rating scale were 100 stars, thats what they would get. If you are staying near JFK, this is the place.

The most racist people behind the counter. I came in before a family that happened to be Caucasian and the men purposefully looked over me to ask the people behind me if they will like to order first. This is 2017 and I was utterly appalled and disgusted that something like this is still happening. The only thing I could do was walk out and not waste a single breath. I will never give my money to such bigots! Disgusting!

Pizza was ok. Sauce was taste but canned with a little basel and pepper. The pizza shop needs to close for two days and scrub and clean all aeas. Lots of trash over stock boxes dryed out food stored sodas . The floors need cleaning. Staff needs to clean up there apreance. Good stuff. The staff is warm and friendly. NY with the hair cuts and accents to round out the NYC feel. Nice guys.

These guys are a joke. Do not try calling them over the phone. Either they will pick up and hang up or completely ignore you. I have been in contact either in the store or over the phone with these guys 5 times and not one positive experience. The food there isnt all that either. The food is like every other pizza joint in Queens. Clean up your act. Your business sucks.
