My husband and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, and after reading the reviews and looking for someplace special for New Years Eve dinner, we decided to try the Cauldron. The dining experience was phenomenal. Our waitress Marina (one of the co-owners) was excellent. She described every special in great detail, and answered all our questions with no problems. We started with the French Onion Soup. It was light and sweet, a very different take on your usual French Onion. It was so delicious, I kept wanting more even though the soup comes served in a large bowl. My husband ordered the Stuffed Chicken special. The piece of meat was enormous and came stuffed with cream cheese and was covered in a walnut sauce. I ordered the Pollo e Piselli Marsala. Fresh ingredients, expertly cooked and plated, my meal was one of the best I have ever had. My husband agreed - his chicken was superb. Our desserts were equally outstanding. I had the tiramisu and my husband had the Brownie a la Mode. The tiramisu was light and not heavy with coffee liqueur and marscapone cheese - it was more of a sponge cake with the cheese and cocoa powder whipped together to top the cake. The fudgy brownie was huge, topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and served on top of a block of Himalayan sea salt. I had gastric bypass surgery several years ago, so theres not a lot of food I no longer enjoy and there are many meals that go unfinished or take home in a doggy bag. I ate almost all the soup, at least 1/3 of the entree and most of the dessert in addition to having an Amaretto and 7. Meals like this are far and few between, so do not miss the opportunity to eat here. Your stomach will thank you a million times over.

Great food - this is not fast food. Everything here is home made (a lot from scratch) and of great quality. To the guy bitching that he wasted gas (Hank Hill)... This isnt Mcdonalds, Burger King, or some scrub pizza joint - they arent open 24/7. They have catering jobs that they tend to outside of general public pizza slinging (so their normal hours may even vary). Usually you call ahead to a place like this to make sure that they are available and have what you are looking for - especially if you have a bit of a drive... Common sense isnt that common I guess. Almost every time I have gone here if they didnt have it made they were more then happy to make it for me.

Stellar food and amazing people; that is how you summarize The Cauldron. My boyfriend & his buddies love the Italian combos here (best in the area by far), the pizza is amazing, and we try to eat here for dinner as much as we can. Everything is homemade, fresh, and in gigantic portions; I never leave this place feeling hungry! Try them out!

A local motorcycle shop just down the road recommended I try this place out, I never knew it was here! Took the wife out to dinner here, we loved it. Both of our meals were HUGE in portion size and extremely tasty. The atmosphere is very relaxed, tasteful, and comforting. We will be coming back and recommending The Cauldron to our friends.

As a person that is difficult to please, this place surprised me. I was blown away by the knowledge of my server and her willingness to please her guests. The food was top notch, full of beautiful flavor and came in incredible portion sizes. Without a doubt, we will be coming back!! Thank you for such a wonderful evening out!

Stay away from the bench seats! The most uncomfortable seat Ive ever sat in at a restaurant. French onion soup was disgusting and my steak was very overcooked and chewy. Very good bread. Very slow service but they had a party of 30 and kept reminding us of it- so hard to tell what a normal wait was. I wouldnt go back.

The food is terrific. Great pizza, mussels, pastas, soups and desserts. The staff is very kind and understanding. Being that one of the members in our group was vegan. It is pricier but the portions are ginormous so it is definitely worth it. I love this place and I will definitely be returning.

All I have to say is that this was NOT a good experience. There was a very long wait and the food tasted like.... dog poop. I think the rude staff cooked it days ago but they were to lazy to make it fresh so they put it in a old microwave. Good job (in a sarcastic voice)! -Ryan W.
