went to Masa with two other people, one who is gluten free. Rolls came and two were identical other than the tobiko. When we pulled apart the rolls, you could see the spicy tuna was nothing more than panko crumbs and spicy mayo. No white tuna. When we questioned waitress, the manager came over and told us the spicy tuna has panko in it. REALLY? He cheats customers who dont realize that there is no tuna. When we mentioned that we were careful to order gluten free food, he told us we had to tell the waitress about food allergies. Again REALLY???? Nowhere on menu does it mention panko is in the roll. THAT IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS! He then proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Its horrible!!!! Had to give it one star in order to post a review.

Originally this place was fine. The half price sushi was adequate and was worth its price. Over time the sushi quality decreased exponentially going from great for its price to my last order which was falling apart, warm, and smelled fishy. Go somewhere else for sushi. The quality is not worth the price anymore, just pay full price and enjoy your meal.

It took an hour for the food to arrive, the sushi was alright, but not nearly good enough to make up for the wait. Dont be fooled by how enticing the entrees may sound the amount of food is not worth the price, just get the rolls.

Got my order wrong twice. Once with takeout and another time in person then got annoyed that they had to redo it. Also, quality of actual fish has gone down. Just pay more for sushi elsewhere

Use to be great place, but last time I ordered here I had very bad experience. A Salmon in a filadelfia roll was very hard. Seems like they started well but now things changed

Waited for food 40 min tonight. Nobody was checking on us at all if we need anything. I was hungry and thirsty. Food was no the best. I will not come back.
