For the second time on a Friday, Chopstix has not delivered my Shabbos order, and now for the second time my family is left without Shabbos food one hour before Shabbos. Both times this happened, I called Chopstix asking them when they would be delivering my order, and both times they claimed the food was on its way. The food never arrived and I was charged. Chopstix never apologized or gave me a refund. Now that this has happened again, I will no longer be ordering from here.

The food here is priced reasonably well and is ready in a timely fashion, too bad the actual food is not that great. I truly wish there were better, and more, kosher chinese restaurants in the area so that I do not need to go to Chopstix every time I want chinese.

Small portions...which, I guess, is normal for Teaneck. First place in Teaneck where I didnt get sick. I ordered a General Tzo chicken with veggie eggroll and thought it was OK. Ive had better but Ive also had a lot worse.

Small little kosher Chinese restaurant. It is only good for takeout. A little expensive but you will find things you would never find on an regular Chinese menu plus the food is great.

The food is always great, always fresh and tons of it. I almost always get it delivered and it comes within an hour. It once came in under 25 minutes.
