Bei der John Fazio Farm, außerhalb von Modena wenn man auf der Straße 44 ist, bekommt man die besten Speerrips. Aber es gibt auch Kaninchen, Ente, halbe, ganze Hühner und Pizza. Hier bekommt man immer Biologisches frische Fleisch die nie eingefroren waren. Geöffnet ist immer von 11 bis 20 Uhr täglich. Man sitzt außerhalb unter einem Zelt am See. Meine Frau sagte mach noch eine Aufnahme von den leckeren Speerrips, da hat ich sie schon verspeist. Es ist empfehlenswert.

Today was the first time I have ever gotten the chance to go. My boyfriend was hesitant to get the wings since he hates sweet bbq sauce and they were super kind and gave him a free wing with sauce to try and he loved it! The sauce isnt sweet but more on the tangy side. We also got the pulled pork meal and they forgot my sauce since it normally come on the side. But the pulled pork was so juicy and flavorful I didnt even mind not having any. They have their own store made smoked mozzeralla that I picked up. I havent tried it yet since Im so full but cant wait it smells amazing! I got to talk to the owner and he was a very sweet guy and raises all the ducks, rabbits, which is awesome to know that its all local homegrown food! Cant wait to go again!

I cant believe how good the food is in this place. I had driven by here for years and never stopped in and what a mistake that was. The duck and pastrami tacos are top notch. They are open on Sundays late and thats when Iam passing by so its a win win. Thank you John Fazio for having good Sunday hours! Service is excellent and food quality is 2nd to none. You can tell the food came off the local farm. My wife is a tough critic on food and when she says something is ok it usually is good well she told me to come on and give this place 5 stars. Highly recommended. Do your self a favor and stop in this place you wont regret it.

I drove past this place on my commute into Gardiner for months. Thought nothing of it. We ordered one day for office lunch and BOOM, that was it. HOOKED. This is hands down the best food in the entire area. I have been to every local eatery, not one comes close. John Fazio seems to keep it simple, using the best ingredients, locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Do NOT drive by this place! Go order. I promise you will be the happiest foodie in the Hudson Valley.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment. The food not too great. I got a pulled pork sandwich with cornbread and macaroni salad. The pulled pork had sauerkraut on it that does not mention, making the sandwich very soggy and wet. The pork lacks BBQ and has no taste. The cornbread was cold as ice when the food came out and the macaroni salad was bland and could have used some dressing or something. Other than that have not tried their pizza.

I have been here many times. The brisket, Pastrami, Pulled Pork sandwiches are remarkabke. They come with sides with lots of choices. The Ribs are fall off the bone tender. They have a pizza oven the cooks it in 7 minutes. Wow and it is GREAT. They have deli sandwiches also but you go there for the BBQ and Pizza. Cold drinks with beer and wine very soon. You need to drive by and check it out.

Service was terrible. We were the only ones there and they made us feel like we were bothering them. Not friendly at all. Prices are high. Meat was good. Ice cream amazing. Would not return. I didnt feel comfortable. Waitress didnt explain about their specialties or offer us anything to drink. Shame. Owner is trying hard to bring eclectic food to the area, just poorly run restaurant.

My wife and I finally came here after driving by far too many times. We were severely upset by the fact that how good this food is and how we didnt come here sooner. We had the wings and ribs and they didnt disappoint. Great draught beer selection and the sides were almost forgotten because of how good the meats were!

Order the smoked BBQ brisket sandwich with potatoe salad and cole slaw for $16. Thought sandwich was good but skimpy. I mean when you go to KATZS deli in NYC theiR sandwiches are piled why high for a couple of dollars less. Was not a fan of the potatoe salad or the cole slaw.

Excellent BBQ food and authentic pizza selection. Pulled pork , pulled duck, and rabbit pizza are just a few. The restaurant has a rustic charm with a family atmosphere. The prices are fair and potions are generous We absolutely loved our server.
