Disappointed. I was really looking forward to Roy Rogers coming back. When I was a kid, Roys was the very best fast food place. They had the best fried chicken. Best burgers. Good roast beef. Went to the Franklin Roys hoping for the same. Not to be. I went to the drive thru. Ordered 3 piece chicken combo (includes drink, biscuit and a side). Also ordered a "large" roast beef and an order of fries without a drink. First of all they forgot to include my side. The chicken was very bland and was over-cooked and dry. BIG disappointment! The fries were ok, but nothing special. And they called that a LARGE roast beef? I would hate to see the regular size roast beef! The order came to $18.90. Way, way overpriced. Im hoping that since they are new, things will get better with time. I may give them one more chance in a couple of months. It is a shame that things are seldom as good as you remember them from the past.

Every single time Ive come here something was wrong with the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Usually something minor, its fast food...of course its a minor mistake....sometimes order cheese, no cheese, pay for biscuits, no biscuits, chicken tenders, get none, pay for the meal, have to remind her it comes with soda, then you dont get the fries you paid for. Ive given them chances over & over with weeks/months in between visits, thinking this time itll be fine. How difficult can it be to take the order, check what you bag against what is on the screen & put it all together? Apparantly very difficult. Especially when the food is expensive to begin with. Ive never left without spending more than $35 on an incorrect order. Is the food good? Yes its terrific, but the service is horrendous.

This does not even compare to the Roy Rogers of years ago. the Double R Bar burger then was on a soft rye type bun, swiss ( i think), and ham.i thought it was a joke when I opened the wrapper. the smallest burger with american cheese and a slice of ham, and worse, a bleached flour bun. Nice try but when Taco Bell comes into town, you guys may be shuttering your doors again. Bring back ARBYS!!. all Roy Rogers did for me the first month it opened was add 1 1/2 hours to my commute home with a three mile "conga line" of traffic.

So glad we have a Roys close by. People drive an hour to come eat here, and its well worth it. Its a little pricey and you may wait 5 minutes for your meal but its fresh, hot, and delicious! Theres also adequate parking and sitting. With an outdoor eating area as well. Stores been clean with a friendly and helpful staff each time Ive been there. Couldnt recommend it anymore.

This place is just horrible employees never have anything cooked I went through the drive thru waited 10 min pulled up to the window to see the manager talking with her friend no drive thru mic on nothing then to tell me they dont have what I want ready I have to wait this is a "fast food" place I come here to be Get what I want fast this place needs new management

Excellent place to eat in the area and more than what I would expect from a fast food place! Try the fried chicken, it is on point, fresh and breaded right there. Its not frozen. Great breakfast menu with high value. The soda machine is modern, with touch screens and the ability to make customers drinks. The dining area is clean and the staff is welcoming.

havnt seen or been to a roys in years so we decided to stop and try it out. went in with low expectations and left very happy....food was very good employees were very friendly and place was very clean. brought me back to my childhood for a minute or two....now back to work. thanks and great job guys!!!!

Great food and staff just be carful if you get there right when they open up. I could of ordered at a sit down dinner and get my food faster. Also they had no ice ready when they first opened up. Other then that the food was great and the staff went above and beyond to make things right

The staff and managers were friendly and attentive. I ordered a very large all white meat order, so I had to wait a while. While waiting I was offered a complimentary drink and roast beef sandwich. The friend chicken was great. The best fried chicken bar none.

Spectacular food, services and employees + Manager. I love it and Thank God Roys is back!!!! 6/18/2017 I went there to eat the roast beef was white it was so well done. It got stuck in my throat. Horrible & so disapointed like.im done there. Changed my rating.

Food there is absolutely amazing!! Great place to go with the bros after a nice puck win, BUT apparently they changed there hours to closing at 8pm and this is truely a disappointment. I would give no stars if I could.

food was not up to par.roast beef was dry ,fries were just warm , line was long at soda mac. they need at least two mac,if you dont know how it works it takes forever to figure it out.ARBYS was better.

Went to the grand opening and the place was packed but the service was quick and friendly.It had a Boston market feel to it but with better food I would go back again if I was ever in the area again

So we ate at Roy Rogers again while visiting the Waterpark. We had the Gold Rush Sandwich and kids meal. Excellent food and country music playing. Will be back when in the area.
