We Just tried Chipotle for the first time tonight. It is so awesome to find a place that I can get my family a quick meal at a good price with ingredients that dont scare me! I love that they dont use food with GMOs !!!!! But what was even better than the food was the outstanding service! All the people who worked there tonight were outstanding-in particular, the woman at the register. (I got a business card and the name on it is Ana Hernandez so I will assume that is her) she was so nice!!! When we were getting ready to leave my youngest daughter asked me if I could get a bag to bring her stuff home. Ana was taking care of a customer when I stood up to go ask her for a bag. While she was assisting another customer, she grabbed a bag, opened it and handed it to my little girl (I dont even know how she heard my daughter over the 8,000 customers in the store at the time!) I was a Manager for Trader Joes for many years and Customer Service is really important to me and if I was still there you bet Id be trying to hire Ana! Great first impression!

Chipotle claims pride in food with integrity but treats employees with none They told me I would get a promotion that went to someone I was told was ineligible for it because they didnt have open availability and I did. Ive been slaving for this machine for over a year and they still playin me Feet and back be achin me after every shift co workers all lazy and disorganized. Made mo money selling Molly and Smack anyway. Im training in security and planning my escape from might as well be McDonalds Chipotle.

The lady had a burrito laid open with white rice on it and while she was waiting for beef she noticed the rice was getting cold so she threw it back into the complete batch. Once I saw that I walked out. The day before that when I went I asked for just a little bit of hot sauce in my chicken and bowl and this same lady. I told her "I cant eat that I said I only want a little" and she scooped some off and put it back into the batch. Not sanitary at all

Do not go to chipotle when they have someone new or some one visiting cause they very rude and nasty and the manager that was on Friday night 05/19/2017 let the girl talk to the customer the was she want to and said nothing but she a visitor so that y is ok for her to talk to the customer any o way and it ok this not the end of this

Probably the worst Chipotle that exists. Not sure why they are not up to standards of the others out there but they are slow, Staff does not seem to care, And the management does not seem to run the kitchen right since they are always out of one item with you go to order...sometimes two. Drive by this one.

Great experience fast service. I only have a 30 min break and ordered my food online arrived at 12pm and it was ready on time. Great service friendly staff and the manager I think her name is Susan not to sure but she was excellent definitely best customer service !! Keep up the good work guys !!!

Horrible service and untrained staff. The server who put my order together didnt have gloves on till I was looking at her. She put the wrong ingredients and just gave me my change and gave me a look. Place is also kept like a pig pen very dirty. This was during the evening shift

Rice wasnt ready and he said they didnt have any as if they wouldnt have any for the rest of the day . I knew better so I asked when it would would be ready. Service was a little slow and her didnt cut my quesadilla
