Bistro to Go is an excellent resource in our community for well thought out, good quality, tasty dishes. I go there for lunch with a friend or to pick up food to go either to add a dish or two to a party I give or attend. The food is always delicious and fresh. Ive asked them to cater my tent party and it worked out very well. They brought the food on time, laid them out nicely, sent helpful, polite staff, and my guests and I loved the food esp. their Mediterranean seafood salad, roast chicken, hummus, green salad and green sides. The owners are very nice and generous people. Id highly recommend it; it makes it easy to follow the axiom, "Patronize local businesses."

Bistro To Go is my go to for lunch or dinner whenever Im within 10 miles of their spot. Healthy, conscientiously prepared, high quality food. I have literally had hundreds of meals prepared by Richard and his staff and have yet to be disappointed. Friends ask me for recommendations from the menu to which I usually shrug and say: "Its all excellent". Peak hours during tourist season and on weekends it can be very busy which is a reflection of their reputation and consistent quality.

The food was extremely delicious. The only reason Im not giving this five stars is because I thought it was a little strange that everyone was floating around wearing futuristic rocket shoes. It seemed pretty dangerous and like it wasnt up to fire code. A few times one of the newer employees almost hit me and didnt even apologize; what a jerk. But once again the food was top notch. *kisses fingers* mwah. Nom nom nom.

Bistro-to-Go is my home away from home for superb food. I go there for lunches, dinners and snacks at least two or three times a week. Richard and Mary Anne Erickson are wonderful owners, and the chefs and staff are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Eat in, take out, the food is always of great variety, quality and flavor.
