Been coming here for more than a year now as a regular, and I have no complaints. Keep in mind that it gets busy like any other franchise at specific times, so waiting may happen. Even mobile ordering will sometimes result in a short wait time, but what do you expect when you order peak time in the morning. Everything is great and the staff is super diligent and on task.

Extremely disappointed. This Starbucks is often backed up because of mobile orders and lately even the food was backed up. Causing me to need to leave with my baby without my food. When I came back the next morning they refused to give me my oatmeal because they didnt believe me. Ive been coming to this place every morning for over a month!!

This location has an excellent staff and chill environment. I usually come here to study and find some really unique people hanging around here. The stories you over hear is nice and sometime strange. But hey it is the nice and chill environment youre here for. Study here if youre looking for a place to chill and get some work done.

Very offend it by a sarcastic manager at the night of 8-20-2015...My daughter and i was denied to consume ...really humiliated on from of costumers..making allegations and false accusations to my 15 years old daughter ,treated like a person with plague and embarrassing her...very disappointed...

Past three visits. All horrible service experiences. Baristas not attentive to the standing orders. Yes, I know this location gets crazy busy at times. But even taking that into consideration, see them joking around with each other too much while drinks made are waiting for its owners.

I love Starbucks! My first coffee when I come into this country was here! People who work on this location is awesome. Like with cooking, you have to put love in there, they doing that. Try this magic Starbucks shop, you will love going there, they make your day :)

Theyre alright here. Sometimes theyre nice, sometimes they seem a bit annoyed. The dont serve 5 minutes prior to closing time. Workers seem preoccupied with being annoyed and in a hurry, but its close to home and as long as they get my order right its okay I guess.

As its the only Starbucks/coffee shop I frequent this place often to get my fancy coffee fix. Can get crowded at times and seating is limited just because the sheer number of patrons that frequent this place. But the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

The bathrooms in this store are not only "occasionally" dirty, but their always so disgustingly filthy. The Karafs at the condo bar are almost always too warm. The garbage cans are always overflowing. This store is such an embarrassment to the company.

Ive been here a few times they dont always have a table but thats not the stores fault its the customers that go in take a seat and and dont have a drink and are just trying to charge their phones. The stuff here is good the the staff is pretty nice

Im honestly constantly annoyed with starbucks, this location in particular. I spend 5 dollars on JUICE just to have 3/4 of the cup filled with ice! Its like when I ask for light ice they give more. These people dont know how to read lables.

We like the coffee strong and tasty. The service is ok but is only coffee what can go wrong. It can get busy and crowded, no place to seat, have to wait long, more than 10 minutes. The good thing is they have free Wi-Fi

Pros: Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty parking in the lot. Cons: Can be hard to get a seat at times. There is a large table which has its regulars and can get very noisy. Although, its usually quiet after 8.

They definitely need more help. This is one of the busiest Starbucks Ive seen. Having worked in a store like this in the past though, I know management is usually a pain in the a$$ and refuses to add hours.

As usual a typicall starbucks store. They serve sandwiches and other accessories goods as well along with the great starbucks coffee. But the store is a bit busy given that its very close to Queens College.

Ive been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years and its been one of the nicest places. It can get a little packed in the morning from the early morning rush. Nonetheless, I have no complaints.

this is a great star bucks. i especially love there java chip its AMAZING.ans i like it when they write my name on the cup. the workers are nice and cool, its really cool how they work.
