I have made my order and the asked about the employee discount that I normally get because I work at JFK and was refused and I was planned to sit down for a couple minutes to use wifi and I was told that the wifi is broken I still see the wifi router in on the list and they would normally enter the password for me. When I asked him politely to cancel my order since I need to use the wifi so I was to go to Dunkin Donut instead and he got upset and do not want to give me back refund and forcing me to take the drink. I did like the way they do ice coffee because it was too creamy also but the guy was yelling at me and was very rude. I did not get the coffee and I just walked away. The coffee is overprice and the reason I was getting their ice coffee is because I need to use wifi. When I asked for the manager he said that is not there and I had to go back to speak to supervisor or manager. Will not go back again. The sale person said that I could have his name because he did not care, I cant remember what is his name is but it sound like Mafelta or something.

More grab and go than sit and smell the coffee, located on the street level of the airtrain at SutphinBlvd and 94th ave, and up at the platform level of the airtrain. Tim Horton fare at airport pricing. Out the door the prices drop as the stores on the block service the LIRR personnel for lunch. Upper level is co-located with NY DELI and AIR BAR

The place to sit is comfortable but the manager Aziz is extremely rude. I ordered a coffee, which I was drinking and I was simply munching on my cashews. Aziz decided to place this sign in front of me about customers only seating area, no outside food and drinks not allowed. He was very rude and disrespectful!!! Dont bother going here!

There are 2 Tim Hortons at the Jamaica Train/AirTrain station, one at street level just inside the facility at the corner of Sutphin Blvd, and 94th Avenue. THe other is on the upper level in a small cluster of food shops (NY Deli, AirTrain Bar,...). Upper level is reached via the LONG escalator inside, near 94th Avenue.

More Tim Hortons please! There are only three between Manhattan and Montauk. Coffee makes what comes from Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks taste like overpriced swill.
