Wife & I went on a Sunday. Very friendly staff & waiters were on point. Ordered the paella. First couple bites were delicious, until I discovered a piece of plastic in the third bite. Appetite gone!!! Addressed this with manager. He was Apologetic & I ordered a steak after my wife practically finished her meal. Steak was nothing to write home about. Received the check & one would expect a discount, even if it was the dessert. Nothing. "Sorry you have plastic in your food & cant eat it, take a chance on another meal". This is my Aunt Rosalies favorite restaurant and I have been there many times with her. The food is fabulous and the service is wonderful. It has a warm family feel to it. When we are there we sit for hours and chat and laugh and you never feel rushed. They couldnt be nicer. I recently had my husbands 65 birthday party there and it was great! Everyone raved about the superior food and service. They had all of their staff on to assure that the party was a complete success.

My wife and I went here on a Sunday night the waiter fat white male with thick glasses was drunk dropped our food on the floor owner said it was because the plate was hot I pressed the issue and the owner admitted the waiter was drunk. Then didnt even apologize stay clear of Primo Amore. Over all the staff are incompetent!

Waiters are sweet, chicken francese is great, tortellini in brodo I get regularly, and they make me a broccoli rabe to go even if it isnt on the menu. Take out is easy and though a little pricey, is worth it when I cant cook the meal myself for whatever reason.
