After going there with a friend and paying $23 for two bacon cheeseburgers, a regular fry, and two drinks, I can wholeheartedly say we got ripped off and will never go back. The burgers were soggy and small, the fries were just thrown in a brown paper bag, and the drinks were way overpriced (although you could say they fit the size of the burgers). They didnt even make my burger correctly, and I had to go back up to the counter to ask them to put everything on it that I asked for. Inside, theres a sign that says they were best bargain from 2001-2007, and theres another sign that says they make the best burger in 2010. Clearly, theyre cashing in on their reputation. The only things going for them are the name and the music inside. If I ever drive around with friends and someone asks to go there again, I will very deliberately tell them to drop me off at the Wendys next door where I can get the exact same product for half the price.

I finally took my boys to FIVE GUYS after many requests to go. I had heard it was greasy and not good. Well, I beg to differ!!! EXCELLENT burger, fresh bun and hot, non greasy fries-i(n abundance I might add.) AND... the service was excellent!!!! Everyone really seemed to be enjoying their job. Diana waited on our family starting us off with fresh samples of chocolate chip milkshake-which we ordered but didnt plan to :) She was hardworking and lovely. We were also served in a very timely manner and the place itself was very clean. We would definitely go back again.

Didnt like the previous location no parking but this 10 Westage Drive is nice and parking is wonderful. Service is on the money and the Hamburgers are great!! its a Hamburger you can taste and not be overwhelmed by bread like some of the other hamburger restaurants The french fries taste great and are second to none. Let us not forget the free peanuts thats a nice touch and the menu is open.

Weve been stopping by here while traveling for several years, and its pretty basic Five Guys. The staff has always been quite friendly. I wouldnt mind seeing some of the faded decor updated, and while it is clean, it could use a really good deep cleaning, as the years are starting to show.
