Probably the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Not only was I rushed through the drive thru, but I was told to wait in the front, where I sat for 20minutes. Then when I finally get home, I was missing pieces of chicken and the new golden sauce was grainy and all over the place. They put very little effort into their work and do not care about their jobs. Fast food in Neptune itself is horrible to begin with but congratulations KFC for being the worst fast food joint I have ever been to.

Staff is a bunch of degenerates and management doesnt even know how to answer their own phone. You get a 5$ box and somehow they forget half the things that come in the box. I mean sure, KFC is crap and bottom of barrel but I mean youd at least expect them up rememebr that a cookie goes in the box and that extra gravy means extra gravy

Smelled discussing..looked dirty..food has REALLY gone down hill. Employees obviously miserable..I wont return...EVER...not the KFC from the past. Dont waste your cash. I was Leary about even eating the food.PLEASE dont have this feeling..especially if youre feeding the kids

The service on phone is terrible. Their rude and dont have good costumer service. There food looks and smells gross and theres barley any chicken on the wings. Im definitely not going to be returning anymore and I would not concider going there.
