This location has young kids working with poor work ethic and no knowledge of how to make a sandwich. Every time there is a limited time only sandwich they fail to deliver it exactly as its shown. I get excuses of not having some of the ingredients. Today I asked for a Sicilian Pinanni but they didnt have pepperoni. I was ok with it but then they give me tomatoes instead of red roasted peppers. When I question the gentleman he says "we always do it with tomatoes". I decide to show him the picture and description of the sandwich via my phone and he says theres nothing he can do because they dont have the ingredients. The tone and demeanor of the guy was terrible.

Very slow service and the staff isnt friendly at all. Everytime I go I ask for coffee and they always tell me there isnt any in place of making some,I mean theres a coffee machine and coffee is on their menu. I will no longer be coming here this has happened multiple times

Awesome crew there. Always smiling. Still took care of us when the lights went out due to an accident down the block. Gave us free sandwiches because the cc machine went down. Will be back to pay on my next visit!
