Once the tables totally match their layout online and offline, well bump up to 5 stars. This is a GREAT venue. This intimate space is unreal. I cant believe who Ive already seen and will see there. I could literally reach our and touch Marriane Faithful and Tift Merritt. The food is good, but not amazing. The mini-burgers are nice, the fish dish we ordered was really good. They have a nice cheese and meats selection. The wine list is extensive (as one would expect with the name). They have a good selection of moderately priced bottles. The club is a good deal. It knocks down the ticket price and you get an immediate food credit making it free.

My family went to the Stop 20 Diner for our tradition Christmas morning breakfast, as our original favorite, the Concord Dine had closed where we had a 24 year history sine Deser Shield/Desert Storm. A little bit of a wait because it was Christmas morning, but the food and service were great. Price was reasonable. I dont know what is happening to diners in our area.Two of our favorites have closed in the last year. But the Stop 20 will hopefully remain the familys "go-to" dimer. They have something on the menu for everyones taste. :-)

The five stars came up by themselves, I certainly wont give this place 5 stars. My friends and I went there for breakfast this Valentines Day, 2017. The food was ok, but when the bill came there were extra charges on it. We were told that was for coffee and whole wheat toast. When we protested that coffee usually comes with the breakfast as does the toast we were told that it was a holiday and there were no specials on holidays. We wont be going back there, of course.

It was my first time eating here as I was just visiting family. The service was great! The food (I was there for breakfast) was also excellent. Everything you could want in a diner atmosphere. I had the super French toast, and it was everything I hoped for. Large serving size, great taste and a good price. Even the coffee, which can be iffy at some diners and restaurants, was pretty good.

I got violently ill also from eating here, i dont know if it was a bad batch but something was no right...i heard they have a rodent problem as well and top it off the owners son Gus smacked my friend because she wouldnt cover a shift for him. Walk by the kitchen of this diner at any given moment and u will hear they way they treat their employees... I would steer clear of this palce

i always liked this place or maybe it likes me i always grant a large tip haha.. big menu there portions are huge its good priced for the food service is good too. and if you get sick at a diner remember it can happen any where even in your own kitchen saying you got sick and saying your not gonna go again and bad mouthing people.. pleaseee save it

It is stop 20 on the bus. Too funny. The staff is good. I have had mostly diner food here like, burgers, sandwiches, eggs, omlettes, et cetera. I notice there are dinners on the menu but I have not ordered any. The coffee is good. The other food I ordered is good. It is opened extremely late. Off street parking is available. Good for your vehicle

We went there today for breakfast and it was great! I asked that the waiter bring out my toddlers eggs before the pancakes, so that she would actually eat them, and to my surprise he did! There was someone walking around refilling coffee every few minutes. The food tasted great and didnt take long to get. Definitely recommend this place.

I stopped by Stop 20 Diner to get a burger and was very disappointed. The meat did not taste like beef, pickles were soft and coleslaw was bland. The fries were okay. However, I must say that the host and staff were very friendly and the service was exceptional. Would not go back for a burger.

The food was good. Big portions. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Fast service. Pickles were not soaked long enough. More like cucumbers with some pickle seasoning. Lol. Which i didnt mind, but definately not a pickle. Otherwise i was happy with my experience.

Stop 20 should be a historic landmark. This diner had been around forever and is just as reliable as day 1 (I imagine.) This place is always good for any meal of the day with friendly management and excellent wait staff. Definitely one of the better diners on LI.

I usually go to this dinner its newly redone few yrs very nice dim lighted dinner quite place they have a nice menu pretty decent food and service is ok as well just ate here today February 1st 2012 service was very good food came cooked and was tasty

Good food and good times are expected at this diner. Edit 12/16: Ate there a couple of weeks ago and food made me violently ill. This used to best a great place for late night food but sadly they lost their quality.

The chicken soulvaki sandwich does not come with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. It comes with cooked onions and tomatoes, which i found weird ans different from other places.
