This place has grown so much since it first opened and its only been open for 3-4 months! You can see the owners really take pride in their cafe, since everytime you go back you can see changes theyve made to it. Now that theyve changed the wine glasses, the drink prices are very reasonable. They have a decent selection of wines by the glass and offer beer/liquor as well. They have excellent desserts which seem to change all the time as well as great gelato in the front. The cafe/lounge is really 2 places in one which allows something for everyone. The front is great if you want a small meal or ice cream. (Weve brought our nephews here for gelato.) The back is nice if you want to enjoy the outside air with some wine or small plates/ dessert. They do live music a lot and currently they have a huge tvs everywhere to show all the world cup games in the lounge area. That being said you can come here and easily not even see the sporting events if you choose not too. Its by no means a sports bar and the tvs are placed in a tasteful manner. As for the lower review, Im surprised someone actually had that kind of experience. Everytime weve gone weve always seen at least one of the owners whom always has greeted us nicely and they have so much wait staff ready to help you that I dont see how you could have bad service here. Its always packed at night and I hope it does well. Its a pretty unique place in this area.

I have been to this place several times and LOVE it, it is very versatile. You can take the kids for gelato, set up your laptop and have some coffe. You can also go in for a nice dinner or lunch. Martini bar, live music, kareoke, its all there. Despite what other people say, the staff is not rude at all and the food is always delicious, I especially love the gourmet pizza. I thought I was really going to miss the outdoor patio area once the weather started getting cold. But, know its enclosed and heated for the winter. This place is great all of my friends and family agree with me.

Went here for their New Years Eve party. It was very busy and took a while for our waitress to come by but after that no problems. The decor is quite artsy and Italian villa inspired, very nice bar and mosaics. The live music was great. All the waitstaff were friendly. Besides the bread being sub-par and probably packaged, all the food and portions were amazing. Great wine selections and huge dessert menu. Variety of price points to choose from for entrees as well. It was a great choice for a classy place to wear a cocktail dress without feeling stuffy and overpriced.

Decided on Lemoncello for my birthday dinner, which is new because my friends and I usually like to stay in downtown Rochester for meals. We made a reservation for 6 the day of and they had no problem getting us in. We were absolutely amazed at how good the food was, the well-made drinks and the service was great. They made me feel very special. The space is great too, it feels quaint but there is plenty of seating and you dont feel like youre sitting on top of other customers.

My wife and I went to Lemoncello for dinner on her birthday. We took advantage of their Tuesday night free corking charge and had a most enjoyable dining experience. The food was very fresh, well prepared and delicious and the service was spot on- friendly, attentive but not intrusive. We felt very comfortable with the surroundings, warm decor, mellow lighting and the fact that we almost didnt perceive the other patrons. We definitely plan to return soon.

Not only is the food here wonderful and completely, authentically Italian, the OWNER is authentically Italian too! He looks like a movie star and hes the nicest guy ever, he came over to our table to make sure everything was ok and we told him it wasnt ok, we loved it!! The atmosphere is perfect for a special night out or a family get together, and you have to make sure you try the arancini, its the best appetizer ever!

EXCELLENT food !!!, great atmosphere, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I cant say enough good things about this place. Although I hesitate to spread the word around (I dont want to not be able to get a seat) I have tried a different entree every time I go and each one is better than the next. And you have to try the espresso martini !

November 9, 2011 In the past, I have lunched at Lemoncellos and found it to be great for food and service. Last week, we had a planned event in their new area, perfect for parties. It was exceptional. I cannot say enough about the atmosphere, the service, the chef, the quality. They also have fantastic desserts. Mangia!

We have been faithful customers for 3+ years now and tonight when my fiance and I had dinner it was disappointing. They not only raised prices but decreased the portion sizes. My salad was smaller than the dressing cup. Unless you expect to pay $60 for 2 people (wo drinks) than dont waste ur night.

5 of us ate and 5 of us thought this place totally sucked. The chicken was dry, the sandwiches had no flavor, no cheese and the greens looked like they had been dragged behind a truck. The arrival time of the food was pathetic and the mexican corn soap had 3 niblets of corn per cup. BOOOOOOOOOO

My wife and I brought a few family friends for dinner here Monday night and had an excellent time. Our server, Jessie, was attentive and funny and made our experience fantastic! The food was great and the atmosphere on the patio was perfect as well. We will be back soon!!

You are in for a treat at Lemoncellos. The atmosphere gave me a feeling of being outside with all the glass and lights but you are comfortably inside although they do have outside seating. I cant say enough about how good my meal was and Im a terribly picky eater.

Went to get some drinks with a relative who lives in town. It got packed pretty early and had a band that depending on where it the room you were was deafeningly loud or nonexistent. Service was good but I wish I went there on a night that was less packed.

Atmosphere was right out of venice. Not the most traditional pasta dishes but the gnocci and chicken dishes were great. Wine selection was good enough for this avg taste. Service a touch slow but a great experience. Definitely going back.

Great meal. I enjoyed their lemoncello" creamy lemon dressing on their salad of mixed greens. Stuffed eggplant was delicious. Large servings. Attentive servers.
