Has not delivered pizza ordered online. Multiple times. Call and ask for updates and you will get inconsistent stories. The delivery guy will then get on the phone and argue with you that he delivered the pizza, and describe delivering it to the wrong house but will then argue with you about it. Thats great that you hand delivered it to the lady in the purple sweater in the house on the corner, but my wife doesnt have a purple sweater and my house isnt on the corner. Then youll ask you speak to a manager but hes not there. Hes never there. Save your money and frustration and go to Paisanos or Papa Johns.

Ive only used the Chantilly location. A few months back they started delivering (in late 2009). This pizza is awesome. The atmosphere at the restaurant is kind of like a cafeteria, but I dont really mind that. The food itself is nice-restaurant quality and is reasonable priced, but I usually get the pizza. For the best Italian in the area at a reasonable price Id go with Cantina d Italia in Fair Lakes or Herndon, but for the best pizza I always go with Buon Appetitos.

Always enjoy dining in. The employees are friendly, service is quick, food is fabulous, and the owner is a delight. From the fresh salads with homemade dressing to the rice balls with delicious marinara sauce to the perfect New York style pizza. Its a warm, family atmosphere where we feel appreciated as customers and look forward to returning often. Treating ourselves to their creamy delicious cannoli is often a highlight to our meal.

Moved to the area 2 years ago. We struggled to find good NY style pizza. Our prayers were answered when we happened upon Buon appetito. HOWEVER, recently The quality at the Dulles location varies from night to night. Sometimes the pizza is out of this world; While other nights its inedible and droopy. The salads have become very cheap, too. I guess we will play russian rullet b/c when they hit, they hit it out of the park.

The pizza and other Italian food is excellent. You order at the counter where lots of choices are already prepared. Ive never had anything bad there, and the pizza slices are truly "Brooklynesque." You will not leave hungry as they make everything from scratch, and the place has a nice, bright appearance that is very comfortable. Best pizza joint in the area.

Good prices on slices of pizza late into the evening. Fast, good service, clean place and they deliver. Everything besides the pizza is unfortunately overpriced so stick to pizza unless cost isnt an issue. One thing I like is that theres extra virgin olive oil out on all the tables as a garnish. Great touch!

Our family is regular at this place... because it is good. My daughter has to eat their Chicken Pasiano at least twice a month or she will get a withdrawal. Lunch specials - slice(s) + salad are good deal. And most of all, they are nice people!
