The restroom was filthy. Looks like it hasnt been tended to in weeks. Toilet paper roll hardly moved, so I couldnt even clean the toilet seat, which was repulsive. Feces and urine smears all over. Forward part of toilet bowl (where the water jet doesnt reach properly) was full of the remnants of someones vomit (bulimic purge probably). Traces of what looked like feces wiped onto the wall above the toilet paper roll. Probably from someone frustrated by not being able to access a reasonable amount of toilet paper for the job. Floor was sticky with the built-up filth of many missed moppings. The whole area just reeked of dirt and neglect. It was reminiscent of a backwoods Kentucky truck stop, only without the charm. Who would want to eat in a place with a restroom like this? How can the state of the kitchen be trusted? I made a hasty exit.

I felt bad for the employees there -- they seemed completely stressed-out and half of them didnt seem to know what they were doing. Several of them were not handling the stress well, snapping at each other and being rude... Im not sure where the problem lies, but it was a very unpleasant atmosphere to be in, even just as a customer. They took a long time to make the meals, which is forgivable, but the overall atmosphere was so clownishly frenzied, uncoordinated, and unpleasant that I dont think Im going to return. Theyre very visibly advertising that theyre hiring, but if you enjoy a positive workplace, I wouldnt recommend getting a job there. Im not sure if this location is cursed or if theyre just going through a rough patch, but Ill be steering clear for a year or two to let them sort things out.

The service was polite and professional, so I couldnt give it a one. My issue is that everything came out like a dead body, cold and inedible. Everyone knows what cold fast food tastes like. Basically picture cold wet meat making the bun soggy and add some cold lettuce to top it off. The fries pretty much turned into mini toothpicks by the time I got home, which was less than two miles away. Its a good thing I have a microwave, but there was no saving those fries :(

Staff seem to never be able to get my simple whopper with nothing but lettuce and onions correct. It always comes out incorrect and then management, especially one particular manager name Maicon are very rude and condescending when you express displeasure about having to go inside and get the order fixed, thus defeating the whole purpose of going through drive through because Im partially disabled. Avoid this place unless you really need a flame broiled burger.

Incompetent beyond belief--and thats taking into perspective its a Burger King. I like BK, and I get that its a fast food joint so I know my expectations. But seriously, EVERYTIME they cant get my order right? Im ordering a burger not an organic chemistry experiment. Go here and expect them to get AT LEAST ONE thing wrong in your order. Everytime. Period.

Like it .but dont like when they take order .and its still being made. They tell driver to pull ahead an wait .by then my order was ready an could not drive around the. Car in front of me .cause their is a curb .an the girl yelled at me to go around her .after i hit the horn .i said i cant .move up .finally they came out with her order .duh

7 minutes no greeting. did not ask for my order or say hello. when my food came out, continued to talk to a friend , never said a word to me. handed me my food. it was almost cold. NO Customer service again!cold food again. i will not come back.

People who ordered before me Waited forever just for a burger, and i waited wven longer. floors were quite dirty. Never wait when i go through the drive thru. Inside cashiers are quite slow. Ill stick ti using thw drive thru.

Went here and my onion rings came out extremely soggy Maicon was extremely rude when I asked to have them fixed . Avoid this like the plague because if you eat this nasty poorly cooked food thats what it will start.
