I Love This Place!!! My wife Donna and I would frequent the old Meson Ole about once a month. Our favorite waitress, Nora, was a loyal employee and manager for almost 30yrs. She was such a hard worker, and was passionate about the restaurant. However, it was obvious to us that the business was struggling, yet Nora would great us with a warm welcome and outstanding service. We were sad to see Meson Ole close down, and wondered what would become of Nora, and her staff. One day, back in September of 2014, we saw Nora standing outside the old Meson Ole with the building owner and some contractors. She told us that she was investing her own money into renovating the building inside and out, and would be re-opening her very own restaurant called Plaza Margarita. We were so happy for her, and promised to be there for the grand opening. It was a huge success, and we saw alot of familiar customers that came to support Nora. We usually are there every weekend with our best friends Kevin and Veronica. We are always greeted with a warm welcome, and have gotten to know the entire staff. The food and service is always great. The margaritas are outstanding, they are the best I have ever tasted! The bartenders Clara and Melissa are the best! We have gotten to know some of their family, friends, and regular customers. Plaza Margarita has become our "Cheers"! I could go on about the fresh renovation, friendly staff, ect., why dont you stop buy this weekend and say hello.

We dined and had ourselves a pitcher of peach margarita, stuffed plantain for appetizer, cazuela del mar as our main course! I was so impressed. Ive been a patron of this restaurant from prior ownership since I can remember. The food however NOW tastes natural and fresh!! I definitely will be back to enjoy other dishes. The service is excellent! Food quality unbeatable! Staff is personable and welcoming. Cleanliness on point in dining, kitchen, and bathroom areas. The restaurant is impeccable!! I totally recommend this place to family and friends. NEW management has excellently restored the passion and vibrance of Centereach.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, even before it was Plaza. Nora, the owner takes pride in her business and treats her customers like family. The staff is friendly and extremely hard working. The food is fresh and delicious. Portions are satisfying and chef will prepare special requests We always have a pleasant experience. We recommend that you give Plaza a try and become part of the family!

This restaurant opened up about 3 months ago by Nora, who was the manager of the previous establishment at the location. Nora has redone the place to be beautiful and immaculately clean. The food is great, the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. I have been there with my wife about 8 times already since they opened, and we are so pleased to have a great place to go to now. EXCELLENT in every aspect.

Absolutely 5 stars! Always enjoyed before the new ownership, and now enjoy it even more! The staff is very accommodating, quick to take order and food is always served in a timely manner. Best food around at very reasonable price, never disappointed. Some of the best Sangria too! We never walk away hungry and always go back. Nice to get service with a smile along with great food!

Over priced flavor ok but I order fajitas steak and shrimp $23 and I got a tiny shrimp and little pieces of stakes a little bit of rice and beans Im Mexican and I know what a real Mexican food is flavor was just ok my husband order paella he really didnt like I order fajitas all the time and this was not what Im used to I give 2 starts just for the waitress

Nora is a great person to plan a party with. She is very nice and helpful and was always there to take my call to help me to prepare for my party. The food was great and all my guests agreed. I highly recommend Nora to help plan your party. Thanks again Nora from Denise for making it a special 50th birthday party for my husband.

New restaurant. We waited 20 minutes just to order food. Waitress pushed the most expensive drink on us, without us knowing- 16 dollars for one. Huge disappointment. We will not be paying this place another visit and neither should you.

Way too expensive for average food. They basically screwed us on a couple of margaritas, charging twelve bucks per. Very poor business practice. Stay away.
