Do yourself a favour and avoid.. we came from an 8 hour trip from ontario and just wanted a nice hot meal. We were a family of 7 with 3 young children and we got sat right in the middle of the main room. The salsa comes ONLY insane spicey, no milder options which is ridiculous so we couldnt eat it. Our server brought us drinks and we never saw her again. The food was smothered in cheese to the point we didnt think their was actually food under there. 2 of the 6 eating finished their plates. The rest had to push our plates away. When the waitress came AFTER the meal she just laughed and said well i guess you didnt like it anr asked if we wanted dessert. NOT on your life and handed us a bill for $130. Didnt come back once to ask how the meal was during. The bathroom smell was coming into the dinning section where we were eating. My 2 year old daughter waited for the bathroom for 15 min because there is only 1 toilet. We had to use the mens to which was utterly disgusting and the seat was broken. I could go on but im getting re frustrated with the whole situation. As a canadian we take huge pride in our customer service and i can say this is one place i would give a huge 0 if i could.

Initially I and another bystander asked ourselves at the entrance if the prices on the menu are worth dining at this restaurant. My wife, 5 year old son and I went in and after having dinner we all can enthusiastically say yes! The owner Alberto took time to talk to us. He hand selects his produce and meats and really cares about the meals he puts out, and it shows in the spicy-sweat meats and impeccable salad my wife had. My son was pleased with his very full and cheesy quesadillas and we all loved the flaming presentation and huge block of ice cream in the fried ice cream dessert. The place has a good atmosphere and clean restrooms. It is not a big resteraunt and we went later in the evening about 715pm, so any crowd had dissipated. The waitress we had was buisness like at first, but turned out to be very knowledgeable and great with my 5 year old. Highly recommended.

My family and I are on vacation from Canada and decided to eat here. WORST MISTAKE. The waitress was rude and didnt even check on us once- we all had to eat our ice cubes because we were so thirsty. My mother in law got nachos and a quesadilla. 4 nacho chips that you needed an archeology degree to uncover in cheese. The quesadillas literally only come with a brick of cheese- when we got the one with chicken it literally only came with a few pieces of chicken - which we all didnt eat them. The waitress was like "didnt like it?" To which my boyfriend responded "no". She giggled and asked if we wanted desert, to which we giggled and said no. $92 (more in Canadian!!!) and we ate like a quarter of our food. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service we received here. Better to wait at a restaurant with a long wait over wasting money and ruining an experience.

The food and drinks were great ! Not really sure if they are authentic as they claim. I asked for a very authentic drink and they had no idea what I was talking about. That itself showed me they have no background knowledge. Our server was horrible, clearly not caring for our service. Never checked on us if everything was good. We wanted to pay our check and it felt like forever for her to bring our check. The minute we were all sat at our table, I could feel this uncomfortable feeling that I wasnt happily received and it felt very uncomfortable, like we didnt belong there. Only came here because I love Mexican food but will NOT be returning, taking my money elsewhere. Would not recommend if thats how they treat people.

My boyfriend and I visited your establishment on 07/03/2016 on my birthday. We thought we would get a couple of drinks and dinner. Probably one of the worst experience Ive had in a restaurant. My burrito was ok, his food was over cooked, my drink tasted like rotten wet leather and to top it off, the bartender wasnt very friendly, he was gone at least 50 min out of the hour and ten minutes we were there. I was sooo dissatisfied and disappointed I only tip him because Im in the service industry as well and I dont agree with walking out like that. I would not recommend this place, I will not revisit.

We visited on July 4th, so maybe their A Team had the day off. Service was awful. Our waitress seemed to have no training. We had to sound out the names of the beers on tap for her; seemed like she had never heard of them. Food was average to very disappointing. I expect Chile relleno to be pretty cheesy, but the whole plate was smothered in melted cheese like a pizza, but without sauce. One entree was forgotten until everyone elses was served. We ate here 2 years ago and it was quite good then.

Im from southern NH. Came up for my birthday weekend, and had dinner here my first night in Lincoln NH. El Charro restaurant is very comparable to chimichangas. Dinner started off with chips and salsa, delicious!! I had the chicken chimichangas, and i thought they were alright. They were fried, and the oil tasted like it needed to be changed. The guacamole was awesome, the waiter was very nice and pleasant. If im in the area again i will think about revisiting this restaurant.

Just sat down, waitress super rude! Lets hope the food is good! Will have an update in 1h! Ok guys, sorry to report but the food sucks and the rudeness didnt stop. My friend didnt order the soup and when she questioned the order she was told " you ordered this and thats the reason she got the soup! So much for the service! Please avoid!

The food was ok. The service was bad, the waitress was very rude. Food was missing from our plates and the dishes were dirty. I recommend that you do not use the salt and peeper because a waitress sprayed windex( what she was using to clean the table ) on the table with out moving the salt and pepper.

Fajitas were good but they automatically grill them to be spicy (ask for mild). Nachos were good too but huge. Next time would order fajitas/burrito and either fried ice cream or the fried plantains with caramel sauce. This place had a nice atmosphere but was kind of expensive.

Great place to eat! Food was great! The owner and staff are very professional and courteous. I truly felt like I was served something fantastic today. I cant remember our waiters name but hes from Bosnia. He was a real gentleman represented his country well.

This food and service is horrible. Food is not authentic, nor the greatest. I am from the mexcian heritage and it is a disgrace to my culture. I would not recommend this to anyone at all. Worst food ive ever had and bad service.
