Let me start by saying that this place is fast becoming my favorite place to get lunch. Is located close enough to work where I can walk there and back and eat in time, plus the food is amazing. I cant say enough good things about the Godfather Sub, and the Koozy burger. Sure, its not the prettiest food, but it sure is amazing to eat. These guys came up with a menu that does exactly what it needs to- it just tastes great. Price isnt bad either. I would say though that this place is more for the take out or delivery crowd. If you want to sit down and eat, its not the best. Its not bad, but I would rather eat in the office than in the restaurant. If anyone reading this is in the area, I whole heartedly recommend the Hot Spot and urge those not obsessed with thier weight to chow down. I really think if more people knew of this place, some other food places would go out of business.

If I could I would give it no stars. God awful customer service!! First and last time I will ever order something from here. The workers there should be able to write down a simple phone number and they cant even do that when it is told to them 10 times. Also, the man that answers the phone should be fired for treating their customers so poorly. It is completely DISRESPECTFUL to hang up on customers. NOT ACCEPTABLE WHAT SO EVER!! Never again will I order from this horrible restaurant with such shitty service!!! You should be ashamed to run such a business in such a horrible manner. Everyone I know will hear about this! I promise you!!!!!!!!!
