Back in 2016， I had tried the food here few time and I felt the taste was getting worse ，alright. I gave up. but lately I decided give them other chance after I had notice that the store was decorated. but I regreted it. It is the worst experience with Chinese restaurant in 2017 and wondering wth the price is more expressive than an average Hong Kong styles restaurant. Oh，come on!！ The real Kowloom Cafe is gone. 16年的时候试过几次，味道越来越差，后来就放弃没来了，最近看到新装修，本来想给多一次机会这店，后来进去一试，卧槽，真的很难吃，九龙冰室已经不复存在了

The spacing here can be a bit cramped. You can still sit comfortably when the cafe is packed, but moving around to leave or talking quietly can be a real pain. In terms of atmosphere, the lighting is dim which seems to elevate it from a run-of-the-mill casual dine-in restaurant. However, as stated, the crowd ranges from teens to families. This can cause a lot of ruckus with the crying babies or the loud teens. The food was enoyable. It has everything a typical chinese cafe would have along with milk tea drinks. Although some dishes or sides seemed a bit on the smaller side for the price (the tripe dish had cabages on the bottom to "fluff" up the volume, for example), it is by no means expensive. Overall it is another chinese eatery that anyone would enjoy. I will definitely come again to try the other dishes.

Came here once and not really a fan of just because the food did not meet my expectations. Ordered baked chicken chop over spaghetti and for some reason, it just tasted different. The spaghetti was cold and clumped up, the sauce was really bright red, sort of neon-like tomato sauce (kind of weird if you think about it), and I went home feeling sick afterwards. I must say though that they do have pretty good bargain lunch deals, but after my first experience, Im not sure if Ill come back for more. =/

There is a wide variety of typical Hong Kong cafe choices on the menu, which was good to see when you are craving some Chinese comfort food. Service was pretty good; we had a nice waiter. The interior was clean and spacious. Youd definitely feel comfortable here. The food was okay; the pan fried noodles with beef was a bit lacking in flavor, although it looked really good. The beef was a little on the tough side. The Portuguese chicken over rice was average.

Ordered take out Chicken & Salty fish fried rice. Turned out it has no salty fish in it!! The rice has no taste at all. Only chicken & rice. And charged $9 for it! Thats SCAM! Wish I can give 0 star! Ill never go back again. Jin Jin is so much better.

Our go to place for dinner. Decent quality HK cafe style food, which is a mix of western (pasta, crepes) and eastern (curry fish balls, beef tripes) style food. My favorite is the crepes, partly because Im too lazy to make them at home.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. The tomato-based baked ziti pasta was disgusting — super sweet to the point of tasting like sugar. I ate the cheese off the top and the rest was inedible. Straight up disgusting.

Good use to be super amazing here a few years ago. After all these years, its quite obvious the food has downgraded and portions have gotten smaller. I do however like the toasted pineapple bread with condensed milk. Yum!

Baked ox tail spaghetti is delicious! Almost the only thing I get here haha. The boba is pretty good too. My friends have tried the mabo tofu and were pretty pleased. Its a popular spot among locals.

One of my favorite cheap eats spots. The prices here are unbelievable and it really frees you up to go wild when ordering. I love their baked rice/noodle dishes, especially the pork chop
