Edit: this bar is really coming into its own. Mike is an amazing bar tender that makes you feel like youre one of the family. Service is still a little slow, and the music has always been a bit on the loud side (given the more "lounge-y" decor) but I havent given up yet. Its still a great addition to the neighborhood.But it should be noted that Im a spoiled drinker that throws tantrums if I dont get my alcohol as quickly as possible. So take that with a large grain of salt...or many grains...lightly sprinkled around the rim of a delicious margarita...mmmmm.....tequila..... EDIT: its still really slow. The bartenders are still a bit young - they will sit back at the bar with a drink in their hand and not really realize the patrons needs ... "Needs" :) anyway, I did get comped on a .75 glass of wine because they finished the bottle, so that helps. Its a good place, you just need a little patience :)

I went in here and there was a completely nude old man on stage hugging the wall behind the stage with about five other people. I sat at the bar, the bartender looked at me, opened a beer for himself, and yelled something at the performers on the stage. I left, figuring I could probably get a drink somewhere else without all that.

Very cool venue with great vibes and fun people. The DJs played some trippy trance that was really fun to dance to. This spot is definitely worth checking out. The only downside is there is only one unisex bathroom. I didnt get a chance to eat here, but the menu looked great too.

Had a great time here. They have live music here and theater shows. Place looks old and divey a bit but do yourself a favor and get yourself a burger. Food was excellent, I didnt expect it to be good. It gets pretty live and happening here. Have to go here and get bizarrrrrre

Probably the best jambalaya this side of the east river. Also bar is crazy chill and feels like home. Decent prices. Update: Jambalaya has been removed from the menu. No longer 5 stars now only 3. Yes the food was a big part of the experience for me.

I was not able to see a performance as my friend and I had to leave minutes before they started. The place is spacious and cozy and attracts a hip crowd. Tried their craft brew and liked it. Food choices are rather limited.
