I only ate at this place once, it was a few years ago. After a concert, some friends and I decided to grab a late night bite to eat. We were promptly seated in an essentially empty restaurant. A surly ogre white trash waitress eventually came out to take our drink orders, and we asked for silverware since we had none. We received our drinks, and moments later we received our silverware, dumped from a bucket onto the middle of the table. By the time we got our food, the roots of her hydrogen peroxide blondish orange dye job were noticeably longer. The food was average at best, the service was awful. She was rude, unresponsive and all around terrible. We were nothing but kind from the get go, but by the end of the meal I was beyond pissed off. Then the icing on this crap cake: We asked for a check, only to find an 18% automatic gratuity added. I walked up to Teek or Vee whichever one was there, and told him I dont feel I should have to pay this. He essentially told my group of friends, if we didnt pay it, hed call the police. Im glad these guys stick up for the awful wait staff to the point of snubbing off real customers that spent over $100 in their dump. If you eat at this vile restaurant twice, youre an idiot.

This is my third time ordering from Quickway and I think I have finally learned my lesson. The food was sub par each time, but on this specific visit some of it was absolutely inedible. Anyone who might venture it I suggest to absolutely do NOT order the calamari- I have never tasted anything like it! After trying 2 pieces thinking the first was a fluke I threw it out. The fries I ordered well done and crispy were a pile of soggy potatoes. The burger was passable as we the Reuben I ordered (despite being super greasy and skimpy.) Long story slightly shorter, if it is late and you plan on ordering food I suggest going to Colonial... or really ANYWHERE else but here it will be worth the drive.

Sunday, March 10th - A last minute breakfast took us here. The waitress did not introduce herself and did not say more than 10 words to us the entire meal. I got up to retrieve napkins for us several times. My Belgian waffles with eggs and sausage were very simple but acceptable. My friends order turned out to be pita bread with poorly scrabbled eggs and two slices of barely melted swiss cheese on top wrapped in wax paper. After eating a few bites, the excess liquid weakened the wax paper enough to dump the gray water onto her plate. Just not appetizing!! Her breakfast potatoes were nearly black on the undersides. We were mostly full and we didnt get sick all for under $20.

We were coming back from a hike at sams point and decided to have dinner here. It looks like a run down place but has a giant menu. The waitress tikk had the worst attitude possible and pretty much threw the food at us. I ate a Beef kabob: first of all it wasnt kebabs . more like shreds of beef and veggies thrown onto a hot plate for a minute and plopped over rice. worst food i have eaten in ages. No salt, no pepper, nothing at all and the waitresses attitude made it worse. When we talked to the owner he said they cant find people to work in the entire town and people are racist. That upset me more, wondering if thats the reason why the waitress was super mean. never again

Food came out insanely quick, tasted insanely gross. The steak sandwich was more looked like roast beef sandwich with some frozen french fries they popped in the oven for a few minutes. The broccoli taste like it was frozen for years not to mention it looked like it was pulsed in a food processor before served. The salad was not a salad, it was some iceberg lettuce chopped in huge chunks with a half of a ranch bottle poured on top. Never again will we go back. We felt like we were in an episode of Bar Rescue before they rescued the bar lol. Thankfully our waitress was very pleasant and took a meal off our recipe.

Dropped in the other day late afternoon. No placemats while others had them, water was awful...all sulfer. They have filters for that you know. I was asked how I wanted my london broil cuts (rare) and received well, well done beef with nutmeg I believe. Do let your customers know that ahead of time. NOT a combo I am fond of. I asked for two veggies instead of one and a potato. They only had peas and cauliflower. What restaurant only serves peas and cauliflower??? Needless to say I wont return.

Very welcoming Diner...owners were amazingly friendly , caring , and helpful . Our waitress ( Keri or Cari ) was beyond friendly , very attentive , and helpful ...personality + Food was great and prices were best on highway 17 so far ☺ As RVers...we were happy to be able to use the large lot to grab a few hours of sleep ☺ Lots of space and no riff raff around , except us ( Riffe Raffe Adventures on Facebook) Large grassy area was welcoming to our two puppies for a lil exercise time ☺

A normal diner, where the waitresses call all the male customers "hun," as in "What can I getcha, hun?" Near the highway and easy to find, this has been owned by the same pair of brothers -- Teek and Vee -- for decades. They also have a U-Haul truck rental service on the same property that Ive also used. Nice guys. Good place.

Went last night and it was the worst experience in my life. The only good thing was the waitress but the food was disgusting... Its was 11 pm when I arrived and everything looked dirty. I received home fried all burnt and oily and my husbands burger looked worse then a school burger. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE....

For years I have seen the billboard advertising the "Best Coffee". Finally took the exit to give it a shot. Truth in advertising right here folks. Coffee was ON POINT! Do yourself a favor, dont waste years of your life wondering "What if?" Take exit 116, get a cup and say "Oh my!"

Convenient location off the rte 17 , could be a much better classic diner, with more humble server staff, that is not spread to thin to handle the amount of tables, more friendly and welcoming hosts/owners. Food Good , clean bathrooms,

Always saw the sign from 17. Finally stopped. Enjoyed the view, could easily become a road trip tradition. Free refills, good service, so many choices, breakfast served all day. Some what historic. Thanks Teek and Vee.
