The best Boston market ever! 90% of the employees here are genuinely very nice and caring - then theres always the random rotten 1 or 2 employees that ruin it. Like the chick who gave me a quarter chicken and tried to say it was half, even when her co-worker pointed out to her that it was too small :( The food is normally pretty consistent and if you have any problems with it you can always request a newer batch (ie. if the chicken or mash is dry)

As soon as I got to the counter a young friendly woman greeted me; What can I get for you? I gave my order & as she finished with me she was taking care if the next customer already. FAST service. I just dont think its right that they have clean up after everyone. Everyone leaves their stuff on the tables and the employees have to clean it up. Cmon Boston Market THATS NOT RIGHT!

Ive been going to this location over 15 years and during that time the quality the amount a food and service has gone down.. After todays wonderful experience at this location I will never be going to the Bayside whats the market again ! The only person they have FOOLED.. has been themselves

The Bay Terrace store staff was outstanding. Food was cut to order so it wasnt dried out. Staff was friendly and worked fast to get you seated quickly. Store was clean and tables cleared quickly.

Love the sides!! So many choices. Cream of Spinish. Loaded mash. Corn. Stuffing. Soup. Main course of turkey, chicken, meat loaf..... You can get the food items catered if you like
