GROSS. I came home to find that the chicken that I paid for was dry and old. The legs had skin so dry that it had burned on to the leg and when I pulled it apart I found that the meat inside was old. It had darkened from being old/cooked several times. The thighs were the same. They were not dry but the meat inside showed that they were old. When I called, the person who identified himself as the manager, Steve said that some people like for the chicken to be dry. I think he was the same person who was working the grill and had chosen the bad meat for me. He suggested that I let him know the next time that I would like the chicken juicy as if this was an unusual desire. I believe if you do not tip in this carry out situation, you are punished with bad food.

I love this restaurant. Years ago web I worked fir the Queens DAs office at least once a week I stopped here for dinner to take home. 20 years later now that I have retired and moved out of NY I make it a point to stop and get a meal every time I return home at least 2wice a year. I am so happy it remains in the same location and with the same fabulous menu. I introduced my husband to the Chicken House and he shares my love of it too. This place is a blessing! Dont forget to try that spinach pie.

Cheap, fast, convenient. Figured rotisserie chicken would be a good meal after my workout. Got home and the rice was not good, very bland. Chicken also very bland. Not bad, and cooked well, just no real taste. BBQ sauce was good, and definitely needed it to give the chicken some flavor. Probably wont go again.

The food is delicious however a Kim over priced. Customer service honestly depends on who is working that day. Not going to point out anybody but some days you get someone that is very nice and friendly, other days you can get someone who is always in a rush and grumpy asf

Chicken was great as were the grilled veggies on the side. The lady who was cooking (and packing things up/taking payment) was so sweet...if only everyone in the world had such a positive demeanor!!

Chicken was dry and unappetizing. They try to add items to your order (drinks, rice) without telling you and then they charge you more. Its only when you protest that they tell.

Decent meal thats always really fast. There is a limited menu and the food is all cooked constantly so you are in and out fast.The chicken has a really good charcoal bbq taste.
