Perfect place to hear a very good cover band and watch the sunset. We avoided buying food and drink and brought our own; so I cant comment on the booze and food. The cover bands Ive heard are first rate. After six, you can park in the lot without being a Babylon resident, however, there are usually volleyball tournaments going on, so save yourself the aggravation and park at the next beach lot and walk over to Cedar Beach...not a bad walk at all. The atmosphere is very casual and its a Long Island locale that makes you happy you live in this island. Enjoy!

I always have a pretty good time here. It gets super crowded. Food is just okay (mostly fried seafood fare). And the drinks are expensive and weak ($13 monitors). But its right by the beach. There is usually a great cover band playing. Ambiance is 9/10. So it works. I keep coming back. Tip!!: Park at the 2nd parking lot, past the par 3 golf course, and walk to the beach bar hut area for free parking. Tip 2: Wear a ton of mosquito repellant if you play golf here.

Today is the 4th of July...weather is spectacular. We waited 30 min and $30 to get into the parking lot. We found a spot on the beach once we got in....had burgers...fine...Caesar salad not great, piña colada not good, everything IS overpriced... this isnt a 5 star restaurant ...its a Beach hut....the live music is good and you come here for the ambiance...dance, drink beer (its cheaper & they cant mess it up)...everything else at your own risk. We love it.

Live music every night on the beach, great crowds, lots of fun, sun sand, bar drinks are ok, food is great to excellent......... some people complain about the price of the food? Well it is not just the food you are paying for, it is the setting, the music...... it is what summer on long island is all about!....... if your looking for a deal on shrimp go to Popeyes 1st get a whole bucket for 5 bucks

Its a great place for family hangout! Usually gets crowded after 6 pm and that is also the time when live band plays covers of 1970s-80s music. Crowd mainly consists of older people! Food is reasonably priced! Uber service is available but it takes time to get there and is slightly costly.

Its a beach bar three bars no table service you must pay for your meal and they will deliver it to your table. No waitress service at the table. The lines can get long as there will be many people coming off the beach. But a live band free parking and free to sit there so you cant go wrong

Live music on Thursday nights can be great and they recently installed a new band stage. But the food at the beach hut is...meh...and the prices are exorbitant. $12 for five fried baby shrimp and some fries? Come on.
