1PM lunch hours. Understaffed, order taker is bilingual who can takes order alright but hard to communicate on anything else. Did not include receipt. Very close of getting my order wrong ($22 order with a lot of value items so I guess justifies it?). Understaffed. The manager was nice but shes all over the place trying to cover all bases. Worse thing is that chicken nuggets were under cooked. I personally will not come back to this store again. **2014 update review** One year has passed since my original two-star review. My coworker received some coupon and have some pretty good deal. I decided to give it another chance. Went in around 12:20 pm on a Friday afternoon. There are more customers compared to a year ago. I do see more staff are scheduled. Food came out fresh in a reasonable time. I added a start to the review from "Dislike" to "its ok".

!!!!!!!!!!KEEP AWAY!!!!!! Disgusting. Kitchen staff eating Frys out of the bin they serve your food from and after fingers were in the fat slobs mouth she was making your food. I told Manager Yanira and she said I was lying. That Manager needs fired based on her nasty tone. The slob eating out of the fry bin came out screaming at me in Spanish, no English there, and was saying I was a liar. DONT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE! Check your video on 8/3 at around 2-2:15 pm. Nasty and disgusting and no concern for customer complaints. I reported to the NYS Dept of Heath and hope they site the violation. Not even an apology or compensation for the lack of professionalism or health concern. Burger King should be horrified and embarrassed that this goes on in there stores.

ZERO STARS. SHOULD HAVE WENT TO FIVE GUYS BURGERS OR MOES SOUTHWEST GRILL. THIS LOCATION JUST REMODELED, FIXED THEIR PARKING LOT, ETC. ETC. ETC. WHAT THEY DIDNT DO WAS TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO FILL AN ORDER. I ORDERED A DOUBLE WHOPPER WITH BACON MAYO AND KETCHUP, NO CHEESE OR ANYTHING ELSE. I GOT A WHOPPER WITH CHEESE PICKLES AND ONION AND NOTHING THAT i ASKED FOR. AND ITS NOT JUST THIS LOCATION. SEEMS LIKE EVERY BURGER KING STRUGGLES TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ORDERED AND JUST GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT IN BURGER KING AND I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT AND /OR BURN DOWN.

The title says it all - Morning hours are not so good and they are usually understaffed so make sure youve got some extra time. Lunch is a different story... fresh & fast and it makes me wish the morning crew did a better job. Pricing is on par with other locations

Condescending service. I asked for no meat because I dont eat meat, and they still put it into my breakfast. Returned it and was told they would make me a fresh one but was returned the same one with the same deformed biscuit. That was not very nice.
