Only thing saving this review is the prices and order size. My husband and I went for wings an beer. My husband kept telling me how good it was. Seated really quickly then no one checked with us for almost 20minutes. When she finally came over she took our orders and quickly disappeared. Someone else brought our food and drinks over. The fries pickles were room temperature at best buy a good portion. The 20 wings, were chewy. Not crunchy. After half hour, waitress came over took our plates, and dropped off the check. Waited another 20 min for her to come get the check. As I said good portion for food and drink for price. But otherwise worst place Ive been in a long time and service was beyond terrible

Got seated and waited 45 mins to have a waitress help us! Waited another 20minutes for our drinks manager on duty was rude and claimed he was short staffed. I also ordered a hurricane drink and it tasted like cranberry and vodka !!!! Terrible experience here! We also waited 20 mins for a beer on tap and vodka on the rocks meanwhile the bar was empty. Need to fire this manager and hire someone who gives a crap! People behind us walked out due to the poor service here too. I have never experienced such horrible service here up until tonight. If I could give zero stars I woul. Was here with four other people

They do a perfect job here as expected. The waitresses have smiles and are friendly. The food and drink are as good or better than expected from this restaurant chain. If you have been to other Hooters it rates with all the rest. If you have never been then give this sports bar a try if thats what you are in to . It wont disappoint. Contrary to popular views some ladies think it is like a gentlemans club or go go bar. This is actualy a family restaurant or sports bar but yes the waitresses are usually in their official skin tight uniform. I commonly go with my kids when my wife is elsewhere.

Went here for UFC 198. Service was ok, they had a Gym there doing some type of contest with give aways which was a cool concept and I liked it but alot of the waitresses and managment were spending alot of time talking to the Guys from the gym and not paying attention to the needs of their tables seemed like they were all friends outside of work. Overall I didnt let this SKU my score, we had a decent time just took awhile to get refills on our beers which is why after we finished our food we choose to go to a different bar to watch the last 3 fights.

"Hi, Welcome to Hooters!" was our greeting from the staff as we entered this very spacious and neat Hooters location. Instantly, we were seated by a friendly hootie who took our order. Our beers and fried goodies arrived shortly after. As always, the Hooters wings were great and the fried pickles were a new treat. The staff was energetic and sexy. Fried flesh and alcohol served up by tempting nubiles is the personal nirvana of man throughout the ages. This Hooters location honors this tradition with copious amounts of sexy bodies and tasty food.

Nothing.. terrible overcooked boneless wings, sat at the bar for 20 min before being offered a drink. After I ordered drink was never asked if i wanted food. I ordered special of the night after i recieved food waitress never returned. I paid left no tip and walked out. The manager was present and never spoke a word. This was my second time there and o received almost identical service the 1st time.

Good food....Fried Pickles are awesome, enjoyed the Philly Cheese steak - Side salad combination. Good service. The manager really puts his all into the operation, and the gals really make you feel at home. I have been going since it re-opened, yeah you can get a crabby hootie, but by and large, most of the girls are friendly and provide good service.

This place was terrible,I never got my side and got charged for it,asked for buffalo sauce on the wings and never got it,and the girls were talking to all the other guys except me...some nerve they have,worst customer service I ever had at a restaurant I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Hooters has to be one of the best place to go and watch some sports and some of the best wing restaurants as to offer. The Waitress was beyond polite and extremely helpful in helping me make a decision on what i would like to order. Definitely some of the best service Ive seen in awhile.

Waited a half hour before anyone came to my table. Food was reliably good for Hooters. But I was halfway through dinner before my drink came, after I reminded the server. Then waited another 15 minutes after eating for her to come back, so I could ask for the check.

The attitude of waitress is very poor. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are not welcoming, manner is not appropriate. Its sad that this place is clean and food is great. Only thing missing is the service from waitress. Not recommended.

It is one of the better Hooters in the NYC area. The staff is very friendly and the food is typical Hooters style. Just note that the kids coloring activity sheet has some word scrambles that even I could not solve....and I have a Masters Degree....

This establishment has often worked with our organization to provide food for people in need. They have been more then generous and always overtly friendly... That coupled with amazing wings and American food makes this place special

As usual, the bartender is the knock-out in this place. Waitresses were friendly enough, but me being alone - she didnt spend much time. Philly Cheesesteak was good. Curly fries great, but very salty. Two-Fer beers was nice.

The wings and beer specials are what you go to Hooters for. Staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is the same in all the Hooters for the most part. The Cobb salad and fish tacos were very fresh and tasty.

Service was good, however the boneless wings are a joke. They are half a bite size. I did not want to ruin my evening so I just paid and walked out. They need to do better for a national chain like this.

Very busy spot,easy to get overlooked upon entry. P.s. why have pool tables if you could never play on them .But other then that the food is amazon !!!
