Although I dont drink Coffee or Tea, what I really like about this place is that they offer Italian Sodas with cream! Starbucks no longer offers these, at least where Im at. And I havent found any other place that offers Italian Sodas. Now, this place from the outside appears to be a shack, BUT its not. Thats part of its ambiance. Ill be coming back soon for another raspberry Italian Soda (even though I really shouldnt be drinking them; BUT I love those things). Now, if the bean can figure out a completely sugar-free one with all of the taste of the original ones. Then this WILL BE my go to place permanently when Im in Las Cruces, NM. To be honest its that way now. Only difference will be me making a trip to Las Cruces specifically for just those Italian Sodas, not just when I am in town.

What a great place to enjoy a meal or have a cup of Joe. Everything is upbeat and I always look forward to stopping in for breakfast or lunch. The young woman who owns the place has done a splendid job of creating an ambiance suitable for all of us with young hearts - no matter our age. Food is good and prepared by well trained cooks. I visit often, and I can count on service with down-home friendliness. Guaranteed to be an uplifting experience!

This is our kind of place. No chain store action here. Old but in good shape furniture. Friendly service, a wonderful menu for bacon eggs and more. The Good Morning Muffin would be a regular for me I lived in Messilla or Las Cruces. As it is we stop on our way through to this place every time we can. I want this place to be in my home town Thank you Bean of Mesilla, You are wonderful. oh yes -- and the coffee is really terrific.

This place is pretty great, albeit a little pricey for this town but thats kind of just mesilla in general. The staff is always friendly and will greet you with a smile, they know what theyre about and are fairly quick with drinks. I absolutely love theyre red Chile burrito, next to that both the "super bowl" and "garden bowl" are deliscious as well. Definitely on of the nicer coffee shops in the area.

FANTASTIC coffee shop in a beautiful area of Las Cruces. Great staff, well, except for one woman which i dont remember her name that does not know what SMILE is. Besides that. Great staff and customers. Bike riders, hickers, outdoor sports friendly coffee shop. Good food. great coffee I highly recommend the SUPERBOWL breakfast.

I went with my dad and ordered food not having any idea what to expect. The food was good and the portion sizes were healthy (order more things if youre a big eater). The omelette veggies were customizable and it was a good sized omelette. The artwork on the ceiling was kind of funny; it was a play on an angel baby motif.

Cool little place for some brunch and coffee. Good food, good coffee selection. Prices are fair. Motorcycle hangout spot on Sunday mornings, and not the regular bikes you see everywhere else. Ducati, Moto guzzi, classic BMWs, MV Augusta, Triumph. Also a hot spot for cyclists.

We have driven by The Bean Cafe many times since moving to Las Cruces but had not stopped in until this weekend! I love this charming cafe in Mesilla. You can bring a book or laptop to catch up on some work or enjoy breakfast or lunch with friends or family.

Coffee was burnt and scalding hot. I literally was unable to drink any of my latte until we were 60 miles away on the Interstate. The espresso was disgustingly bitter.
