I love this Starbucks. Ive been coming here for the past 12 years or so. They have always made me feel welcome. The Baristas got to know my drink the way I personally like it, and they always unless they are a new Barista, or extremely busy, greet me by first name when I come in. If my drink was ever made not to my satisfaction, it would be remade untill it was correct, and it would be free of charge. They keep the store very clean and very organized.. They are professional and polite, and very knowledgeable. Its truly an A+ Store with A+ Staff. Great job Valley Starbucks. All of the Baristas at this store deserve major positive acknowledgement from the Managers there or even better from the higher ups from the corporate location. For all areas Ive mentioned above. Thank you all for making these last 12 years so memorable in such a positive way. Id also like to add that almost at every visit Ive had my two children present 9yo & 2yo and they were always welcomed and treated great just as I was.

UPDATE... Everything I said below still stands but I dopped a star due to the cleanliness. The tables, morning or evening always have stains like finger prints and old coffee. I always have to wipe my table down before using it and the restrooms I can not say are clean, not horrible but never really clean. Great service friendly people, no the WiFi never seems to work I do work online but I come here for good coffee and/or a quick bite. I bring my own hotspot, nver hanging out for the free Internet. As for all Starbucks, dont expect gourmet food. This store is always open on time and ready to serve you with a smile, the best you can get from a chain coffee house. Im usually here in the early morning however I do come in the afternoons as well. Service is always the same!

I ordered a peppermint mocha frappachino in the drive through and the woman even repeated it back to me. I actually recieved a caramel brulee frap and didnt realize it until I was already down the road a ways. Most of the time I dont mind if the order is slightly different because its still tasty and I understand that minor errors in relaying a message happen. However, the names of the drinks are completely different and I really dislike caramel so it was a complete waste for both my money and their ingredients.

This Starbucks is probably the worst in town. Their standard of service is barely mediocre. You spend ten to fifteen minutes waiting for a single order when you are one of three customers in the entire building. The staff are constantly getting their orders wrong, hence the long waits. They also seem to think that they can leave crumbs and spills on the coffee and condiment bars. The Health Department would frown severely on this establishment.

I ordered a butterscotch latte. It tasted like milk with a hint of coffee. No other flavors were present. My wife ordered a mocha and the favor was simply awful. Theres another Starbucks on I not far from there, Ill go there instead from now on. The only reason they received any starts was the baristas personality. He couldnt make coffee drinks to save his life, but he was friendly and had a good personality.

one of the absolute worst Starbucks. Very rude staff. Asked for a drink and I was rudely corrected on the name of the drink. My sister ordered a drink as well, was given the wrong drink when we stated that it was the wrong drink, the order sticker clearly stated what it was, we were told,"NO ITS RIGHT!" We were given the corrected new drink. Will never go there again.

Okay Im not a fan ​of Starbucks go there because there is internet and plenty of outlets. Service here is mediocre. This evening I waited almost 15 minutes for a pour-over coffee (should take 5). No apology or even acknowledgment of long wait. (It was NOT busy.) They also play the music way too loud.

Like a Starbucks from 1993. No internet. Same coffee fare, but no web. Guy said it had gone down a week ago, nobody bothered to fix. Since I like to work online and drink coffee, will go elsewhere. Too bad. Lost business for whatever schmuck owns this franchise.

I frequent this location only because it is most convenient to my home. They are almost always out of something and even though their signs say they are open until 11:00pm, they have everything closed including drive thru, all lights off at 10:30pm.

It took an hour just to get one frappacino! And everyone coming in AFTER me was getting their order within a matter of minutes... Seriously, what the hell?! This should not have taken my whole lunch break. This location is horrible, dont come here.

Another place I almost always stop. They are always one of the sweetest Starbucks Ive been to in the country. I love that about them and thats why I stop at this one. They always get my order right and they are super fast! Yay!

Food was usual, coffe was usual, service was good, but there were a few homeless people that made some customers and employees feel uncomfortable, fortunately police were notified and responded very fast

Peaceful place to grab some coffee and work on projects. The temperature is what I like best about this location. They dont try to freeze you out and its always at a comfortable temperature when I go.

Coffee with flavor and a *little bit* of steamed milk does not equal a cafe misto. The barista just added on so many extras it was almost $2 more than my usual order and way more milk than I ordered.

Currently in the drive thru. Been in it for 15 minutes and barely moved even though there are only for vehicles in front of us. I havent even gotten to order yet. This is ridiculous.

Its a nice location and the staff are friendly, unfortunately they always play the music very loud, and its always freezing cold in there , so bring really warm clothes and shoes

Excellent Starbucks! Visited in the a.m. during cross country drive, clean store/restroom. Drink and oatmeal made perfectly! And staff was tremendous!
