Normally I would give them a 4 to 5 star because their glazed donuts are so damn good but today sad to say today I got Duked. So here is the story. I had to get a few things from Walmart so as I head to the check out I see Krispy Kreme donuts. So I decided to get some, I decided not to get the ones from Walmart and go to Krispy Kreme store thinking they would be more fresh, and better yet maybe I can even catch the hot and ready sign-on. So I pull up to Krispy Kreme and lo and behold The hot and ready sign is on. With having a sleeping three-year-old in the car I decided to go through drive-through. I order a dozen glazed donuts pay for them then drive home. I carried the donuts and put them on the counter grab my glass of milk and get a donut out. Wait a minute there is something wrong here?!? As I touch the donut, it doesnt feel hot nor does it feel warm like they normally do when I bring them home I kind of shrug it off and take a bite of the donut humm, doesnt quite taste right either and Yep doesnt taste fresh. So I start looking at the packaging and think for a minute normally they do not give me the dozen donuts with the see-through window normally its in a Krispy Kreme box and you cant see through it but this one has a window. Oh my gosh it also has a delivery sticker on it just like the ones at Walmart

Unfortunately bad experience on 12/11/2014 Krispy Kreme gave us the wrong doughnuts and charged us wrong. When I got home and noticed they had messed up our doughnut order I called and spoke to someone named Matthew on the phone and I explained the situation he informed me I would need to return the doughnuts to receive the correct ones, I told him I was not going to drive the 20 minutes back last night and would not be able to return until next week he said that was fine that I could save and return the doughnuts next week. As for being charged wrong he told me "Well did you ASK for the special?" I said yes, then he responded "OH, I know what happened it was the new girl" Not once did I receive an apology and I will not be returning

Bad experience for my first and only visit to this store. Came in this morning (April 15th), ordered our doughnuts and went to the register. The customer before us used a card and it didnt work, there system wasnt working. The manager gave her the order for free. He tried with my card and again it didnt work, he asked us to wait. 15 minutes later he tried again at a different register, this time charging more than $3 more than the first time. Tried telling me I was wrong while I was looking at the screen and extra doughnuts that we didnt order. Did not offer to give us the order for free like the first customer. Very poor customer service, definitely would not try again.

Aside from my drive thru order being wrong, (I was asked several times to repeat my order, person on intercom sounded distracted) the doughnuts were dry and looked sad. I had to turn around and enter the store to get a refund. Jose, the person who was called over to issue the refund, was unapologetic and showed no empathy or even asked what had happened. This location is usually the better of the El Paso locations. Must be an off day, hopefully its not a precursor to whats to come...

Asked for fresh donuts by Fernando and was given cold donuts. Called the location and asked why werent they hot and his response was that its only at a certain time. Why do I have to call when they could have easily told me in the drive thur. After talking with him he decided to put me on speaker phone which is extremely rude to improve the serve he had. Just admit you messed up bro thats why you work there right? The customers always right.

Love this place, Staff are friendly. Their donuts are always fresh. I drive 14 miles just to go to this store. The one on Dyer is closer but the store is dirty and their donuts isnt as fresh as this store. So yes its worth the long drive.
