I really like my neighborhood Starbucks not just because its in my neighborhood but because the people that have worked there are my neighbors. This morning was no different with one exception. Today the Starbucks employees went above and beyond as Ive seen them do for others they did for me. I spilled my drink on my way away from the drive thru and I pulled over to clean up my mess. it didnt take long after that an employee walked out a brand new drink for me. While this may be a small act to some it was a huge act to me because it was the idea that they noticed, took it upon themselves to provide great customer service and run out before I could drive away. This type of customer service is rare and I value it greatly this is why I write this review today to explain that every person Ive encountered at this Starbucks working behind the counter provides the best customer service each and every time making it all the worthwhile to go out of my way to only get my coffees and teas here.

Ive gone to this Starbucks twice, both were very disappointing. The first time I went I had the strongest craving for a caramel frap I had been pregnant so stopped frequenting Starbucks so I was really excited to get one. Unfortunately what I got was disgusting! It tasted nothing like a caramel frap it was so bad I had to throw it away! Just the other day I decided to give this place another try just because it was the most convenient Starbucks at the time. I figured if I ordered something different I would be fine. I was so wrong!!! I ordered a chai tea latte that tasted more like soy milk then anything and my husband had order a pumpkin spice frap that tasted nothing like pumpkins spice. Ironically it tasted exactly like a caramel frap. Definitely no more chances will be given to this location!!!

Now Im not a coffee expert by any means but I do know this. I have ordered French pressed Ventis from Starbucks in Texas all the way to Colorado. What I got was a single cup of awesome coffee to go! Recently I ordered two of these at this Starbucks. I sat down waiting for my beverages and the barrista proceeded to bring me two full presses and glass mugs to my chair. Now I am absolutely sure I asked for Ventis therebye indicating my wish to have them ready to go. After explaining to her that I wanted them to go she proceeded to berate me by saying she had never seen French Presses ordered to go in her four years working at Starbucks. Wow! Maybe its this same type of predominant attitude found in the trendy coffee shops thats leading to Starbucks decline!

Typically the service here is spot on. When I utilize the order in advance through the Starbucks app, I never have any issues whether I pick up my food and drink order inside or through the drive-through, but today, the staff decided to provide my food and order to another individual, making me wait. I dont understand why they didnt verify the identity of the other person at least, when they gave away my order. It was frustrating that I had to wait an additional five minutes, in addition to the time I spent after ordering. The whole purpose of placing an order in advance is so that it is ready prior to the patrons arrival. The staff did apologize, but it does not change the fact that they made an error, which couldve been avoided.

Not too happy the past couple of times that I have went through the drive thru. Both today and last night I ordered a coconut milk mocha macchiato no caramel. Last night I got some brown drink, figured they just accidentally mixed it up my drink, its happened before. Tried it when I got home and it wasnt right at all and noticed chocolate syrup at the bottom. Today everything looked fine but when I got home I saw that there was alot of caramel and no mocha what so ever. I hate caramel, I always ask for no caramel. Wtf is wrong with the night people lately?

I go to Starbucks at least twice a week and just today I went to go pick up an online order because I am a gold member. And I asked for two Venti black tea’s on with seven pumps of sweetener because as it is six is not enough for me and I just took a sip of my tea and it taste like water. My mom also got a pineapple blackberry tea and it literally taste like water there’s no pineapple or BlackBerry anywhere in sight. It pains me to give Starbucks such a low review since I go so often, I’ve spent already this year at least $200 at your location.

I order 2 venti-cafe americano with light cream, the barista through the drive thru, filled the cups to the very top. The cups were overfilled and both cups cofffee was pouring out, the hot beverage jackets were completely well and part of the cup as well when i got to my destination. I think this is the most rudest thing you can to your customers. I am trying to enjoy my coffee but i cant because its pouring out all over me.... seriously barista I hope noone does this to this to your beverage , because its really upsetting.

A particularly rude employee denied me service in the drive through because i made what she interpreted to be a "threatening gesture" when i pointed at my friend with my index finger and thumb raised. I under stand that this could have been interprited wrong, but the problem arose when i was profusley denied service even after apologizing. I got the stong feeling that i was denied service because it was 10 minuits befor closing, not because of a supposed gesture.

Great place if you need a quality beverage at an affordable price. Also have delicious muffins and fruit-nut breads. The drinks are not limited to everything on the menu, if you like the raspberry or caramel poured on green tea (which is not normally available, and my mother likes) you can have that and there would not even be an outrageous price for your custom order!

Its a Starbucks like any other. Consistent in their coffee. Having that siad, could you turn the music down to a reasonable level? People come here for many different reasons, read, study, work, or socialize. Background music is awesome, but it almost seems as if they turn it up so that the employees stay entertained. Unfair to the customer.

I dont think anyone has been this rude to me! I came for an order to go and the barista was real rude. He shouted and responded to me so ugly and got mad all because I could not hear him say "recipe." seriously, if your employees seem to be in a bad mood they should suck it up! Try working at a toy department! Takes so much pacience!

I didnt like the way the girl that take the order treat us. Didnt ask name, didnt gave us the tickets, and never say hello or thank you or anything. We need to go back to the counter several times becuase something was missing. After all this I felt like I need to talk with the manager and guess who is the manager? She is :(
