Ive been eating Camp Hales food for years. The bacon is some of the best bacon Ive ever had. That being said the staff could really use some lessons in customer service and what is considered an acceptable attitude towards patrons. Every time I go theres new staff... some are friendly, some are rude, and some make you feel like youre ruining their day by buying food from them. This past Sunday I bought a sandwich for lunch. It was good but while I was eating it outside at their tables the umbrella at my table blew away because it hadnt been properly secured. The umbrella blew half of my sandwich, my phone, my drink, and all my gear onto the ground. A Copper employee regretfully helped me fix the umbrella and replace my sandwich (Im not sure why it was such an issue for this guy) and the two employees working at Camp Hale seemed like theyd rather sit around on their phones than replace half of my sandwich that was ruined because of their mistake. They wouldnt even look at me or speak to me when giving me the replacement sandwich that had no effort at all, it was just cold meat on cold bread (it was originally toasted). No apology, nothing. The girl just threw the sandwich down in front of me and ran off before I could even ask for a container to take it home with. I hate to leave a bad review for a place Ive been going to for so long but these kids working there need an attitude adjustment.
