I was there last night for dinner after a long hike with a friend. The food was mediocre but the worst part of the evening was the restaurant manager. He was very unfriendly and seemed to be on some kind of power trip. When we were ready to leave, our waitress came by and we asked for a couple boxes; my friend wanted the leftovers. As she was standing at our table determining how many boxes we would need, the manager told her she needed to clean the windows NOW. She tried to explain that she was helping us but he snapped at her and told her to clean the windows immediately. Now really...is that good customer service? I dont think so. When he was ready, he brought us some boxes along with the check. There was never any "how was your dinner?" or "Thank you for coming in." I also was not impressed that the first thing you see when you walk in is the table where the manager has parked himself with his laptop to surf the net. Not very professional. The wait staff was very friendly and made every effort to provide quality service when they were allowed. Im sure this restaurant stays in business because it has a monopoly of Chinese dining in the area, but I urge you to eat any where else but there.

The manager was ok. he seemed to not want to help us. we were the first people there and when we walked in you could see the managers little booth that he had his laptop set up at to surf the net. he was playing around on it and we waited and waited to even get menus. After waiting for a while, id say anywhere from three to four people had come and gone. When he did give us our drinks and menus, he was very unfriendly. however, all of the cooks were working very very hard to make good food while he was playing games on his laptop. There wasnt that good of costumer service and i think if the manager would get serious about his career and shut down his laptop play place in a booth that you can see and go to the front desk and actually WORK then they would get better service and costumers. the way it is now i think they should close their doors. But the food was good, just neds a new manager.

Best Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Foo Young. Maybe people who drive from down the hill might realize business can be slow up here and the waiter who is there the most practically lives there. He gets treated very badly sometimes by flat landers and locals. Consistent good fresh made food. Life goes slower in Bailey.

Sue likes Chinese food and both of us like to support our local Bailey businesses. We had good food and service. I noticed the reviews that had bad experiences but when we have been there, maybe five times, service was good. Jim

The worst sesame chicken Ive ever had my dog wouldnt eat it the pieces of so called that no bigger then a pea were disgusting you should. Close your doors
